wird das Zimmer wieder frei, bis ich aus Portugal zurückkomme :)
Da ich nächstes Semester ein Auslandssemester in Lissabon mache suche ich nach einem/einer sympathischen Zwischenmieter/in, der/die mein Zimmer übernehmen möchte. Es ist Teil einer geräumigen 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit insg. 75m2 . Das Zimmer bietet sehr viel Stauraum - geschlossene Kommode & Schreibtischladen und mein Lieblingsstück, das hübsche Holzregal. Der Kleiderschrank befindet sich im Flur und gibt damit nochmal mehr Raum frei. Aktuell ist das Zimmer Heimat einiger Pflanzen, die aber notfalls umziehen könnten, während du da bist :)

Since I am doing a semester abroad in Lisbon next semester, I am looking for a friendly intermediate tenant who would like to take over my room. It is part of a spacious 3 room apartment with a total of 75m2. The room offers a lot of storage space - closed dresser & desk drawer and my favorite piece, the pretty wooden shelf. The closet is in the hallway, freeing up more space.Currently the room is home to some plants, but they could be moved out if need be :) Currently there are some plants in the room, but they can move if necessary while you are there :)
Lage: Wie im hauseigenen Yogastudio beschrieben als "Künstlerviertel Ottakrings" ist vor unserer Haustür immer was los. Direkt in der Gasse, die durch eine Einbahn wenig befahren ist, befinden sich einige Ateliers und Galerien, die direkt an den Brunnenmarkt grenzen.
Verpflegung: Dort kannst du schnell und billig von Obst & Gemüse bis Käse und Fleisch alles kaufen, was das Herz begehrt. Sind Märkte nicht so dein Ding, hast du in 5min Gehweite auch einen Hofer, zwei Spar, einen Penny und einen Billa erreichbar. Auch DM, Bipa, Tedi, Action und zwei Apotheken sind direkt ums Eck, also es ist wirklich für alles gesorgt.
Anbindung: 5 Gehminuten entfernt bist du direkt bei der U6 Station Thaliastraße. Noch näher sind sogar die Straßenbahnen 2 & 46 mit denen du schnell in die Innenstadt kommst. Die Sportlichen sind dort auch in etwa 30min zu Fuß.

Location: As described in the in-house yoga studio as "Ottakring's artists' quarter" there is always something going on outside our front door. Directly in the street, which has little traffic due to a one-way street, are several studios and galleries, which border directly on the Brunnenmarkt.
Food: There you can quickly and cheaply buy everything your heart desires from fruits & vegetables to cheese and meat. If markets are not your thing, you can also reach a Hofer, two Spar, a Penny and a Billa within 5 minutes walking distance. Also DM, Bipa, Tedi, Action and two pharmacies are just around the corner, so it is really cared for everything.
Connection: 5 minutes walk away you are directly at the U6 station Thaliastraße. Even closer are the streetcars 2 & 46 with which you can quickly get to the city center. The sporty ones are also there in about 30 minutes by foot.
Wie doch eher selten in Altbau-WGs sind unsere zwei Privatzimmer von einem großen Wohnzimmer getrennt. Das hilft nicht nur dabei, dass es, wenn jeder in seinem Zimmer ist sehr leise ist sondern läd auch zum gemeinsam essen, trinken oder gelegentlich auch mal feiern ein. Getrenntes Klo und Bad - mit Doppelwaschbecken- helfen auch dabei, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig in die Quere kommt.

As is rare in old building shared apartments, our two private rooms are separated by a large living room. This not only helps that it is very quiet when everyone is in his room but the room also invites to eat, drink or occasionally celebrate together. Separate toilet and bathroom - with double sinks - also help to avoid getting in each other's way.
aktuell wird am Haus gegenüber noch gearbeitet, die Baustelle sollte aber bis zum Frühjahr fertig sein
