Hii :) I'm looking for a flatmate for my 2 person WG. I myself have only moved in a week ago so the furnishing is still in the making, but that only means that you can bring your personal style into the apartment :)
Your room is about 10 m2, south faced, windows open to the super quiet inner yard and a tree. Windows are already equipped with blinds. (The pictures were taken on a cloudy day yet the rooms are still very bright)
It already has a 120 cm bed, a nightstand and some shelves.
Available immediately and preferably for long term.
The rent includes utilities, wifi and home insurance.
The location is absolutely the best. It is close to everything yet our street is sooo quiet, I couldn't believe it myself. The apartment itself is also super calm and quiet.
Thaliastrasse and Ottakringerstrasse has everything you'll ever need, form supermarkets and bakeries, to dogeries, to cafes, and gym (Spar, Billa, Lidl, Bipa, Fitinn, post office all within 5 min)
Very well connected to public transport, tram lines (2, 9, 44, 46) and nightbus (N49) are 3-6 min walk.
20 min to U2 - Schottentor
10 min to U6 - Josefstadter Strasse
WU is 40 min away
The huge (daily) Brunnermarkt is just 10 minutes away on foot. Yppenplatz as well (this seems to be a very lively place during summer).
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator). It has a small hallway, separate toilet, newly renovated bathroom with bathtub.
The common area is the kitchen which I intend to turn into a really small but cosy living room situation. (This is yet to happen so please use your imagination when looking at the photos :)
Washing machine, dishwasher and oven are available.
There's a cellar and a covered bike storage in the yard.
Your only flatmate is me (Zsofi, 24) and my cat (3).
I am a master's student at WU studying marketing. If I have time, I like to do latin/ballroom dancing or sewing. Also, I'm always up for game nights or browsing in second-hand stores! I mostly eat vegetarian but every diet is welcomed in the apartment.
My cat is pretty chill, she's more of a loner so she won't disturb you in your work. She can kinda be told not to enter a room (but she will sneak in anyway) so this shouldn't bother you.
I try my best to keep the apartment clean, if I have any mess I throw it in my room, so that would be kindly expected from you as well so that the common places can be kept tidy.
I'd love to spend some time together in the apartment, go to the market or discover the city together. :)
Uni or work of course can take down even the best of us so obviously alone time is respected.
Another important thing: I'd like my flatmate to be absolutely non-smoker, hope you understand.
