Wichtig ist uns außerdem, dass du länger bleiben möchtest, minimum 1 Jahr :)

We have a very nice, cozy and bright room to offer.
The room has a loft bed, mattress, curtains, bookshelf, table, red armchair, wardrobe, cupboard. This furniture costs 550 €.
The building is not far from the metro station Ottakring! approximately 10 mins. by foot.
4 minutes away is the tram 2, and 10 minutes away the 10A bus.
not far are the grocery stores, Billa, Lidl, Hofer, Spar and dm
and we are also surrounded by very nice bars and cafe's

The WG
It would be great if our flat would be a fun, world open, queer friendly WG.
Responsibility is very super important, and because our flat is very small, we set up quite a few rules, like cleaning list, grocery list, etc..
Privacy and respect for each other is also very important
I speak mainly English, but German is fine
Preferring someone that has already some WG experiences and also lived previously in shared livings/WG.
No tolerance of discrimination, queer/trans/homo-phobes, sexism and racism
