In unserer hellen, schönen Dachgeschoss-Wohnung ist ein Zimmer (25qm) mit eigenem Bad frei geworden und wartet auf eine/n NachmieterIn.
Die Miete beläuft sich sich auf 475€ all incl. und die Kaution auf 950€. Ein Kleiderkasten und ein kleines Bücherregal bleiben im Zimmer (keine Ablöse).
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Ottakring und besitzt einen Wohnbereich und eine schöne große Küche.
Erholungsgebiete wie die Steinhofgründe, der Wilhelminenberg und der Wiener Wald sind zu Fuß in unter 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die öffentliche Anbindung mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2, dem Bus 43A und der U3 Station Ottakring ist sehr gut.
Dein Mitbewohner wäre ich Daniel, Fotograf aus Dänemark, der Musik, Film, Tiere und Natur sehr gerne mag. Über ein WG-Leben mit einem gemeinsamen Bier oder Wein ab und zu am Abend würde ich mich sehr freuen!

In our bright, beautiful apartment, a room (25 square meters) with its own bathroom has become free and is waiting for a new tenant.
The rent amounts to 475 € all inclusive and the deposit to 950 €. A wardrobe and a small bookshelf remain in the room (no transfer).
The apartment is located in the heart of Ottakring and has a living area and a beautiful large kitchen.
Recreational areas such as the Steinhof grounds, the Wilhelminenberg and the Vienna Woods can be reached on foot in under 30 minutes.
The public transport connection with the tram line 2, the bus 43A and the U3 station Ottakring is very good.
Your flatmate would be me Daniel, a photographer from Denmark who is very fond of music, film, animals and nature. I would be very happy to share a beer or wine with you every now and then in the evening!
