WG-Zimmer in 2er WG im 16. Bezirk mit großem Wohnzimmer

In ca. 4 Gehminuten ist man bei der 10A Bushaltestelle Albrechtskreithgasse. Zu den Straßenbahnen 43 und 2 geht man ca. 7 min. Die U3-Station Ottakring ist in 15 Gehminuten, 5 Radminuten zu erreichen.
So gut wie direkt vor der Haustüre gibt es einen Billa, für die weitere Versorgung in der näheren Umgebung sind dann noch Hofer, Bipa, Interspar, Dm, Mannerfabrik etc.
Falls man ins Grüne will, ist die Alszeile gleich in der Nähe (perfekt fürs Joggen) und zum Wilheminenberg ists auch nicht weit. Von dort hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Wien!
Auch zum Yppenplatz kommt man schnell (10 min mit dem Rad), dort befinden sich sehr viele nette Lokale und Restaurants. Zum Fortgehen ist der Gürtel mit den Öffis in maximal 15 min. zu erreichen.

You can get to the public transport lines 10A, 43, 2 and U3 within walking distance (4 - 15 min). As for maintenance, there is a Billa right around the corner. Hofer, Bipa, Interspar, Dm, the manner factory and some more are also very close.
For your nature needs, there is the alszeile (f.e. for jogging) and the Wilheminenberg, which has a beautiful view of Vienna.
The Yppenplatz, also very close (10 min. by bike) hosts a lot of cute bars and restaurants and if you want to party, the Gürtel is not far, max. 15 min by public transport.

Ich heiße Marie, bin 20, komme aus Oberösterreich und studiere E-Bass und Kontrabass an der Mdw. In meiner Freizeit koche ich vegetarisch, mache Sport und bastle ich. Wenns gerade möglich ist, dann gehe ich auch gerne fort und auf Konzerte.
Unter der Woche bin ich an der Uni und in Proben oder mit Unisachen beschäftigt. Ich übe zuhause und den Kontrabass würdest du ab und zu in deinem Zimmer leise hören, deshalb wäre es gut, wenn dich das nicht stört. Allerdings bin ich da rücksichtsvoll, es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass das für dich passt - außerdem spiele ich nach 22 Uhr sowieso nicht mehr :)
Ich würde mich über gemeinsames Kochen, nette Abende auf der Couch oder am Gürtel und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander freuen! Allerdings ist mir auch sehr wichtig, dass die Wohnung einen Rückzugsort für dich darstellt.
WICHTIG! Weil ich näher bei meiner Uni wohnen möchte, plane ich, im Sommer auszuziehen.

My name is Marie, I'm 20, from Upper Austria and I am studying E-Bass and Double Bass at the Mdw. In my free time I like to cook vegetarian food, do sports and crafts. When it's possible, I love to go out, party and visit concerts.
During the week I am at university, in rehearsal or working on unistuff. I do practise at home, which means you will hear the double bass quietly from time to time, but it is very important to me that you're okay with it - I won't play after 22 pm anyway :)
I would love to cook together, spend nice evenings on the couch or going out! In general, a respectful environment is important to me and the flat should also be a safe and quiet place for you when needed.
IMPORTANT! Because I want to live closer to my university, I am planning to move in the summer.
