Dein neues Zimmer ist sehr groß (23 m2) und hell, du hast also viele Möglichkeiten das Zimmer nach deinen eigenen Vorlieben zu gestalten (man hat - wie man auf den Fotos sieht - sogar ein kleines Gerüst Platz wenn man auch so spezielle Hobbies hat wie ich). Es gibt zwei große Fenster zum Innenhof hin, deshalb ist das Zimmer sehr ruhig und man kann auch mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Die hohen Räume sind auch super weil sie das Zimmer gleich noch heller und geräumiger machen.
Das Zimmer wird teilweise möbliert übergeben - Bett (inkl Mattratze und Lattenrost), Schrank, Vorhänge und Kommode bleiben im Zimmer und können für eine Ablöse von ca EUR 100 übernommen werden, außerdem gibt es eine Kaution die EUR 900 beträgt. Die Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf EUR 398,4 pro Monat, dazu kommen dann noch Betriebskosten iHv ca. EUR 50 pro Monat, die ein Mal im Jahr fällig werden.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist ein 87 m2 großer sanierter Altbau mit hohen Wänden und Parkettboden. Sie liegt im dritten Stock ohne Aufzug. Von der Eingangstür kommt man direkt in den Gang und Essensbereich. Davon gehen dann alle Türen zu den anderen Räumen weg. Wir haben eine kleine aber feine Küche mit allem was man so braucht, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein WC und drei getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer.

Your new room is very big (23 m2) and bright, so you have many ways to design the room according to your own preferences ( you can even fit a little aerial frame - as you can see in the photos - if you have weird hobbies like me). There are two big windows facing a courtyard, so the room is very quiet and it' s also possible to sleep with the windows open. The high ceilings are also great because they make the room even brighter and more spacious.
The room will be partly furnished - bed (incl. mattress and lattice), wardrobe, curtains and chest of drawers will remain in the room and can be yours for EUR 100, in addition there is a deposit of EUR 900. The rent for the room amounts to EUR 398.4 per month, on top of that there are running costs of approx. EUR 50 per month which become due once a year.
Apartment:
The apartment (87 m2) is located in a renovated building with high walls and parquet flooring. It is on the third floor without a lift. The entrance door leads directly into the hallway and eating area. All doors to the other rooms lead off from this. We have a small but nice kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with bathtub, a toilet and three separate bedrooms.
Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk Wiens und ist super an die Innenstadt angebunden, 2 Minuten entfernt findet sich die Starßenbahnstation Sandleitengasse (Linien 2 und 10) und ca 10 Minuten entfernt befinden sich die U-Bahn Station Ottakring oder die S-Bahn und Straßenbahn Station Hernals. So kommt man in ca 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Gleichzeitig ist man auch bald schon in der Natur und man zB den Wilhelminenberg in ca. 20-30 Minuten Fußweg erreichen (man kann natürlich auch mit dem Bus rauffahren). Oben kann man dann ausgiebig im Wald spazieren und die Aussicht vom Wilhelminenschloss oder der Jubiläumswarte auf Wien genießen. Super ist an der Lage auch, dass es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt. Gleich gegenüber von der Wohnung ist ein großer Interspar in dem man so ziemlich alles bekommt, im selben Gebäude befindet sich auch ein DM und die Post. Billa, Billa Plus und Hofer sind auch in der Nähe.

The apartment is located in the 16th district of Vienna and is very well connected to the city centre, 2 minutes walking distance to the tram station Sandleitengasse (lines 2 and 10) and 10 minutes walking distance to the underground station Ottakring or the S-Bahn and tram station Hernals. So you can get to the city centre in about 30 minutes. At the same time, you can reach the countryside really quickly such as the Wilhelminenberg (20-30 minutes on foot - of course, you can also take the bus up there). At the top, you can walk in the forest and enjoy the view of Vienna from the Wilhelminenschloss or the Jubiläumswarte. Another great thing about the location is that there are many shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Right across from the apartment is a large Interspar, where you can get just about anything, and in the same building is a DM and the post office. Billa, Billa Plus and Hofer are also nearby.
Da ich (Nadia) Wien Ende Oktober verlasse suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG.
Unser Zusammenleben lässt sich am besten als gemütlich, freundlich und unkompliziert beschreiben. Wir sind alle eher ruhig und schätzen es daheim ein entspanntes Umfeld zu haben. Deshalb sind uns ein offener Umgang miteinander und Kommunikation wichtig. Trotzdem hat bei uns jede*r seinen/ihren Freiraum und kann sich auch einmal im eigenen Zimmer zurück ziehen.
Du wirst mit Martha und Mahmoud zusammenleben, sie sind beide super nett und offen und man kann mit ihnen gut quatschen und sich austauschen.
Mahmoud ist 28 und kommt ursprünglich aus Syrien. Er macht momentan eine Ausbildung zum Koch und ist deshalb oft schon früh außer Haus oder kommt erst später heim. In der Freizeit geht er gern spazieren, spielt Schach und kocht/backt sehr gerne.
Martha ist 26, Südtirolerin, und macht momentan den Master in Medizinformatik, außerdem arbeitet sie Teilzeit im IT Support. Sie ernährt sich vegan und in ihrer Freizeit schaut sie gern Animes, macht Yoga/Kieser Training und verbringt Zeit mit Freund*innen.

As I (Nadia) am leaving Vienna at the end of October, we are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment.
Our life together can best be described as cosy, friendly and uncomplicated. We are all rather calm and appreciate having a relaxed environment at home. That's why open interaction and communication are important to us. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space and can also withdraw to their own room and just chill there.
You will live with Martha and Mahmoud, they are both super nice and openminded and easy to talk to.
Mahmoud is 28 and originally from Syria. He is currently training to be a chef and is therefore often out of the apartment early in the morning or doesn't come home until later. In his free time he likes to go for walks, play chess and cook/bake.
Martha is 26, from South Tyrol, and is currently doing a Master's degree in medical informatics, she also works part-time in IT support. She follows a vegan diet and in her free time she likes to watch anime, do yoga/Kieser training and spend time with friends.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig und wir haben einen Putzplan für die Gemeinschaftsräume.
