Helles 20 Quadrameter großes Zimmer zu vergeben! Es würden einige Möbel im Zimmer bleiben (140cm Bett + Matratze und ein kleiner Schrank) du kannst sie dir bei der Besichtigung anschauen und entscheiden ob du sie behalten möchtest. Sie wären auf jeden Fall gratis.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Bad, WC (Getrennt) und Wohnzimmer mit einer Durchreiche von der Küche. Sie ist sehr hell mit direktem Sonnenlicht - falls du Pflanzen hast, werden sie sich bei uns sehr wohlfühlen. Es ist ein sanierter Altbau, daher haben wir die typischen hohen Decken aber gut sanierte Fenster.

The apartment consists of a bathroom, toilet (separate) and living room with a hatch from the kitchen. It is very bright with direct sunlight - if you have plants, they will thrive at the apartment. It is a renovated 'Altbau', so we have the typical high ceilings but well renovated windows.
Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten von der Ottakring Ubahn Station entfernt, daher gibt es gute Verbindungsmöglichkeiten. Die Straßenbahnen 46 und 44 sind 5 Minuten entfernt, man ist innerhalb 15-20 Minuten an der Hauptuni Wien. Hofer, Billa, Billa Plus, DM und Bipa sind alle 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Für die Sportler sind der Wiener Wald und ein Fitinn auch ganz in der Nähe.
The apartment is 3 minutes away from the Ottakring Ubahn station, so there are good connections. The trams 46 and 44 are 5 minutes away, with which you will reach the main university of Vienna within 15-20 minutes. Hofer, Billa, Billa Plus, DM and Bipa are all 5-10 minutes away. For athletes, the Vienna Woods and a fitness center (Fitinn) are also very close by.
Du würdest mit mir (Nicolai) zusammenleben. Ich schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit fertig und arbeite nebenbei geringfügig. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, treffe mich mit Freunden oder versuche durch Zocken meine Uni Aufgaben zu verdrängen.
Ich würde mich selbst als eher ruhig aber offen und umgänglich bezeichnen, bisherige MitbewohnerInnen haben sich (noch) nicht beschwert. Ich möchte keine Zweck-WG, deswegen suche ich eine Person mit der man auch mal gemütlich im Wohnzimmer sitzen oder mal gemeinsam was kochen kann. Meine Kochkünste sind ganz Ok, bin aber offen für Inspiration.
Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass bei uns im Haus fast nur Familien wohnen, also eine Party-WG ist es keine.
You would live with me (Nicolai). I'm currently finishing my master's thesis and working a part-time job. In my free time, I like to do sports, meet up with friends or try to block out my university work by playing video games.
I would describe myself as rather quiet but open and sociable, previous roommates have not (yet) complained. I'm looking for a person with whom I can sit comfortably in the living room or cook something together. My cooking skills are okay, but I'm open to inspiration.
It is important to mention that almost only families live in our house, so it is not a party flat.
