Hallo liebe Leute!
Leider muss ich mein schönes Zimmer hergeben. Das Zimmer ist 12,4 m2 groß und hat einen Garten vor der Zimmertüre (35 m2), den du natürlich benutzen dürftest. Ich würde dir das Zimmer möbiliert überlassen, im Schrank ist noch genügend Platz für dein Zeug und auch unterm Bett befindet sich viel Stauraum. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man kann also entspannt mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Zudem kommt noch eine kleine süße Terrasse dazu (7 m2). Die Wohnung befindet sich gleich im Erdgeschoss, es ist also kein lästiges Treppensteigen nötig (sehr praktisch wenn die Einkaufstüte mal etwas schwerer ist).

unfortunately i need to move out of my room. The room is 12,4 m2 big and has its own Garden (35 m2) right in front of the door, that you can of course use. I would leave the room furnished. The location is very quiet, it´s possible to sleep with an open window. There is also a little cute terrace (7 m2). The apartment is on the ground floor, so no need to use stairs which is very practical if the grocery bag is a little bit too heavy again!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 16. Bezirk, in Ottakring. Zum Gürtel brauchst du 5 Minuten (da ist dann auch die nächste U-Bahn Station) Zu Bim und Bus brauchst du gerade mal 2 Minuten. Um dich herum wimmelt es nur von Supermärkten und Essensbuden (manche von denen haben sogar die ganze Nacht offen!) Unter Anderem ist auch der Brunnenmarkt gleich bei dir in der Nähe, bei dem du jeden Tag frisches Obst und Gemüse zu einem echt guten Preis kaufen kannst.

You can find the apartment in the 16th district, 5 minutes from U6 Thaliastrasse. Bus and Tram are right around the corner. There are plenty of Supermarkets and Restaurants around (some of them are open the whole night). Among this, the Brunnenmarkt is also very close - there you can get fresh fruit and vegetables every day for a really good price!
Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt. Du wirst zusammen mit Lili und Ábel zusammen leben. Beide sprechen Englisch. Àbel ist ein Musiker und Lili Rechtsassistentin in einer Kanzlei. Sie sind beide sehr freundlich und absolut weltoffen!

The WG life is very relaxed. You will live together with Lili and Ábel. They speak English. Àbel is a musician and Lili is a paralegal at a law firm. They are both very friendly and absolutely open for everyone!
