Großes, helles Zimmer, voll möbiliert von Februar bis September zu vermieten, da ich nach meinem Bachelor Abschluss für eine Weile nicht in Wien sein werde. Die Couch ist ausklappbar und somit super als Gästebett verwendbar und Schrank und Regale werden natürlich freigeräumt, damit Platz für deine Sachen ist. Das Zimmer ist ostseitig ausgerichtet, somit scheint morgens bis mittags die Sonne rein.
Big, bright room, fully furnished is for sublease from februar to september, because I am not in Vienna that time. The couch can be folded out and can be used as a guest bed and the wardrobe and shelves are of course cleared so that there is space for your things. The room gets sunlight from morning to midday.
Die Wohnung ist im 17. in der Nähe der S-Bahn Station Hernals. Das hat im Sommer den Vorteil dass man mit der S45 ziemlich schnell an der Donau ist und es auch nicht weit zum Yppenplatz hat. In die Stadt fährt die 43er (bzw 2er) Straßenbahn, und mit dem Rad gehts auch recht schnell. Mein Rad kann auch gerne für die Zeit der Zwischenmiete mitbenutzt werden.
The apartment is on the 17th near the Hernals S-Bahn station. In summer, this has the advantage that you can get to the Danube quickly with the S45 and it is also not far to Yppenplatz. The 43 (or 2) tram goes into the city, or you can go by bike quite quickly. My bike can also be used for the time of the interim rental.
Du wirst für die Zeit mit den super lieben Mitbewohnis Anna, Leo, Dennis und manchmal Noah (schläft nur hin und wieder da) zusammenwohnen. Im Moment sind alle an der Boku, zum Arbeiten (Anna), Studieren (Leo und Dennis) oder um in den Kindergarten zu gehen (Noah). Dinge die manche oder alle sonst gerne machen sind: feiern gehn, Sport (Hockey, Volleyball, Bouldern), kochen, im Sommer an der Donau sein, in der Küche gemeinsam Spiele spielen und und und. Wenn alle zuhause sind, kochen wir gerne mal mit oder füreinander, spielen etwas, oder gehn auch mal gemeinsam aus. Es ist also keine Zweck WG, allerdings gibts natürlich Zeiten, in denen sich alle mal mehr zurückziehen.
For the time being you will live with the super lovely roommates Anna, Leo, Dennis and sometimes Noah (lives here part time). At the moment everyone is at Boku, working (Anna), studying (Leo and Dennis) or going to kindergarten (Noah). Things that some or everyone likes to do are: going out to parties, playing sports (hockey, volleyball, bouldering), cooking, being on the Danube in the summer, playing games together in the kitchen and so on. When everyone is at home, we like to cook with or for each other, play something, or even go out together. So we value a sense of community, although there are of course times when everyone needs more time for themselves.
Es wäre auf jeden Fall wichtig, dass es von Anfang Februar bis Ende Juli gemietet wird, bevorzugt aber bis Ende September.

It would be important that the rental period is covering beginning of february until end of july. But the preferred period is until end of september.
