Hey there, I am leaving this room mid October and want to find someone that can take it over. I am leaving almost all furniture (except the desk, the chair, the rugs, the plant and maybe the curtains). Hence why you‘ll have to pay for thise that stay (if you want to keep them). You will also be paying fot the annual maintenance control.
Just to be clear, you‘re paying for: The matress, the bedside „table“, the two callax, the couch, the small table, the light ficture and other small accessoires around the room, that add to the comfortable ambiance that I have created. The other things were already here when I moved.
Also on the right window there is a moscito net that I added.
Amazing location. With many supermarkets (Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Billa) right next to the apartment and also multiple public transports (trams: 2,9,43,44; U6) in an average of 6 minutes reachable. Different Universities are all in an average of 15 minutes reachable. All over amazing.
You‘ll be living together with two very nice girls. Sushma (20/21) and Silvia (22). Both are from Austria, but not from Vienna, so they sometimes are not home. They are both in Stem, so especially during exam season mostly quiet.
There are no parties at our flat, but we do sometimes sit together and talk.
There is a washing machine, so you won‘t have to worry about that.
We do have a cleaning plan and do appreciate it when its kept.
As I wont be in Vienna during September you will be meating up with your new flatmates. First we will talk here and I will later on put you into a WhatsApp group so you three can make out the perfect time. (Earliest after September 7th)
All deposits will go to me, as I also paid the previous tenant this way ^^.
