Searching a flatmate for a room in a 2 people apartment ten minutes from university. Especially for Erasmus or "One Year"-People ;) / Person für 2er WG gesucht. Zehn Minuten von der Hauptuni. Besonders für Erasmus oder "Ein-Jahres"-Personen ;)

The apartment lies in the 17 district on the edge of the 9th district. Next Ubahn-Station: U-6 Alser Straße. 10 minutes to university with S43.
There's an asian market, lidl and interspar right around the corner.

Since the apartment is only for two people you will be stuck with me (Marvin). So who is this man?
Sherlock Holmes once said two people should know the worst from each other before moving in together. But i dont give a * what the smartest fictional detective says about the principles of cohabitation so here are 4 awesome reasons to move in (and a couple not to)

Move in if:
- you love boardgames, because i do and there will be hosted boardgame nights.
- you love doing creative stuff, because i love seeing you do that
- you respect privacy and regeneration days with not a lot of talking
- you live personal chaos and shared order

Don't move in if:
- youre racist (except against Germans, because i like being roasted)
- into major esoterical stuff
- tend to leave dishes in the sink for multiple days
- don't like to talk

If you're on Erasmus or need a flat for around a year youre especially welcome. I plan on maybe taking on the whole apartment in the future (but i'll listen too, if thats not your plan :)

Oh yeah, i study psychology in my masters btw :)

Da die Wohnung nur für zwei Personen ist, musst dich mit mir abfinden (Marvin). Also wer ist dieser Mann?

Sherlock Holmes hat mal gesagt, dass zwei Menschen das Schlimmste voneinander wissen sollten, bevor sie zusammenziehen. Aber ich geb nen * was der klügste fiktive Detektiv über die Prinzipien des Zusammenlebens sagen möchte. Hier sind also 4 fantastische Gründe, um einzuziehen (und ein paar Gründe dagegen).

Zieh ein, wenn:

- du Brettspiele liebst, denn ich tu das und Brettspielabende werden bestimmt keine Seltenheit.
- du gerne kreative Sachen machst, weil ich mir die dann sehr gern angucke
- du Privatsphäre und Regenerationstage schätzt, an denen man auch mal nicht redet.
- du persönliches Chaos und gemeinsame Ordnung lebst.

Zieh nicht ein, wenn:

- du rassistisch bist (außer gegen Deutsche, weil ich gern geroasted werde).
- Esoterik-stuff voll dein Ding ist.
- du dazu neigst, Geschirr tagelang im Spülbecken stehen zu lassen.
- du nicht gerne redest.

Wenn du auf Erasmus bist oder eine Wohnung für c.a ein Jahr brauchst passt das noch besser. Ich überlege die Wohnung in der Zukunft vielleicht ganz zu übernehmen
(ich hör dir aber auch zu, wenn das nicht dein Plan ist :)

Achja und ich studiere Psychologie im Master :)
