Dank eines kleinen Balkons und der großen Fenster ist die Wohnung schön hell, auch weil sie im obersten (dritten) Stock liegt. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler) und ein Bad, das manche schon als luxuriös bezeichnet haben (inkl. Waschmaschine) - und ein getrenntes WC. Alle drei Schlafzimmer sind getrennt begehbar.
Das unbefristete Zimmer ist klein aber fein; bis auf einen wirklich sehr geräumigen Einbauschrank ist es unmöbliert. Ein Tischchen kann auf Wunsch bereitgestellt werden. Hier kannst du dich auch Dauer einrichten. Bitte beachte, dass dieses Zimmer an Bad und Küche grenzt: Wenn du sehr geräuschempfindlich bist, könntest du morgens vom Kaffeekochen oder Zähneputzen aufwachen.

All rooms are really bright thanks to the big windows, and there is even a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped (including a dishwasher) and the bathroom might be called luxurious (incl. washing machine). I hope you’ll enjoy hanging out together because there is a living room for the three flatmates to share, including a big table and a comfy sofa.
The room that can be rented permanently is 13 sqm. It doesn’t have any furniture except for a gigantic wardrobe - and a little table if you want it. Please note that it’s located next to the kitchen and the bathroom (you might wake up from morning showers).

Die Wohnung ist 104 qm groß und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, nur drei Gehminuten von der 43er und 10A Station Hernals/Wattgasse entfernt. Die S-Bahn Station Hernals ist auch in nur fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders freue ich mich über einen Hofer direkt an der Ecke! Die Bewohner*innen des Wohnhauses teilen sich einen gemeinsamen Garten im Innenhof.

The flat is 104 sqm and it’s located in a side street in the 17th district (Hernals). It’s only a three minutes’ walk to the bus und tram station Hernals/Wattgasse. It’s also very close to the S-Bahn station Hernals and there is a Hofer supermarket just around the corner.

Zu uns: Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Lotti, ist 27 Jahre alt und für das Masterstudium (Islamwissenschaften) von Berlin nach Wien gezogen. Ich selbst habe Jus studiert und mache gerade ein Praktikum in Brüssel, mich musst du also nur kennen lernen wenn du in das unbefristete Zimmer ziehst. Lotti und ich haben schon ein Jahr zusammengelebt und legen Wert auf eine nette Wohngemeinschaft. Meistens geht es eher ruhig zu, aber wir sind immer aufgeschlossen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen und gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.

About us: You will live with Lotti, she is 27 years old and moved to Vienna for doing her Master in Islamic studies. My name is Franzi, I’m 26 years old and I’m currently living in Brussels to do a traineeship. You’ll live with me from August if you rent the permanent room. Lotti and me have been living together for one year and we enjoy having a friendly and sociable shared flat.
