Das Zimmer ist ostseitig: bis 12 Uhr Sonne, danach wandert die Sonne in die westseitige Küche bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist zwar mega klein, aber man hat von allen Fenstern aus einen Ausblick über ganz Wien.
Es besteht sogar die Möglichkeit von deinem future Zimmer aus auf ein Vordach zu gehen und dieses als Terrasse zu nutzen (eigentlich nicht erlaubt). Ebenfalls gibt es einen legalen Balkon, der ab 13 Uhr bis zum letzten Abendstrahl sonnig ist.
Die 43er (in 10 Minuten beim Schottentor), 9er (20 Minuten Westbahnhof) und 2er Bim sind alle sehr nah. Zur U6 Alser Straße braucht man 10-15 Gehminuten. Zum Yppenplatz 15 Gehminuten. Ebenfalls ist man gleich mal im Grünen (Wilhelminenberg, Wienerwald, Schafberg).
Lidl, Bipa, Billa und Foodpoint sind keine 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Hofer, Merkur, Dm und Interspar dauert es zirka 5-10 Minuten.
Wir sind alle drei Schulfreunde, die zwei sind aber ganz offen gegenüber neuen Leuten und ziehen jeden mit.
Quirin: Ist 21, kommt aus einer kleinen Grenzstadt Bayern/Salzburg. Studiert an der Boku Kulturtechnik und Wasserwirtschaft. Er ist ein Fan von Bouldern, Büchern, Bierbrauen, Duschen, asiatischer Küche (kann echt gut kochen), Fußball und Perserteppichen. Ich würde ihn als sehr witzig, wild und super nett beschreiben.
Moritz: Ist 19 Jahre, kommt aus Salzburg, hat ein Jahr in Costa Rica verbracht, dann in Wien den Versuch des Biologiestudiums gewagt und jetzt möchte er Architektur studieren. Er ist Fan von Bouldern, Platten und Musik im Allgemeinen, Pflanzen (besonders Avocados), Zeichnen, Lesen und chillen. Ich würde ihn als sehr hilfsbereit, witzig und kreativ beschreiben.
Wenn du bouldern magst hast du schon einmal 20 Zusatzpunkte (Ich selbst bin Antibouldergang)
Die Beiden verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, kochen auch oft zusammen, aber brauchen auch Zeit für sich, wie jeder.

The room / flat:
The room is small, so is the flat, but you have an overview over Vienna through every window. From my room you can see the sunrise, from the kitchen /balcony you can see the sundown. So basically there is always sunlight somewhere.
There is also a little canopy in front of my room, so you could get outside and use it as a balcony (but it is illegal).
Location:
You have the 43 (in 10 Minutes you reach the Schottentor, first district), 9 (In 20 minutes at the Westbahnhof) and 2 (through the beautiful first district) tram in front of our house. To the U6 metro station Alser Straße you need 10-15 Minutes by walk, or just take the 43 tram.
In a short time you also reach the Green Party of Vienna, like the little Mountains/Wilhelminenberg, or the Wiener Wald /Forest.
There are many shops nearby.
Flatmates:
Quirin: is 21 years old, from Bavaria and studies at the BOKU cultural engineering and water management. He likes bouldering, books, to brew beer, showering, asian kitchen, soccer and persian carpets.
I would describe him as funny, wild and super friendly.
Moritz: is 19 years old, from Salzburg, spent one year in Costa Rica, then moved to Vienna to study Biology (turned out, that he likes doing something more creative). So right now he wants to study Architecture. He likes bouldering, vinyl, plants, to draw, read und relax.
I would describe him as helpful, funny and creative.
If you like bouldering you got like 20 additional points (In fact I really don't like bouldering haha).
They spent much time together, but also need space for themselves.
