Das Zimmer is sehr hell, super groß (21m2) und voll möbliert. Auch die Wohnung ist eine super schöne, ruhige, große (75m2) zweier WG mit der besten Mitbewohnerin überhaupt (Petra, 23). Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, Vorzimmer, Schankraum, Bad (mit Retro Waschmaschiene aus den 80ern die super funktioniert)
Das Zimmer kostet inklusive allem (Strom, Gaß, Internet,etc.) 500€/monat und es gibt eine Kaution die 500€ beträgt, nur sicherheitshalber falls was kaputt gehen sollte...

The room is very bright, super spacious (21m2) and fully furnished. It in a lovely big flat (75m2) which you will share with the best flatmate ever (Petra, 23). It has a big Livingroom/Kitchen, Entryway, Walk-Through-Closet and Bathroom.
The room costs 500€/month which includes all bills and there is a 500€ security deposit just in case something breaks.
Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk und ist 15/20 Minuten vom Campus/Hauptuni entfernt und man ist aber auch in 10 Minuten im wunderschönen Wienerwald. Der 43er, 10A und die S45 sind 3min weit weg, die U3 Ottakring ist entweder eine S-Bahstation entfernt oder 12min zu Fuß.
Es sind auch alle Supermarktketten in unmittelbarer Nähe (Hofer, Lidl, Merkur, Spar, Billa).

The flat is located in the 17th district next to the S45 Train and 43 Tram. It takes about 15/20min into the city centre where the University is located but you can also go to the forest in less than 15 minutes (so it's the best of both worlds).
Also there are all major supermarket chains close by.
