Your room is about 8 meters (small but really fine).
In your room, there is a nice single bed, cupboard, a closer, a table with a chair and a side-table, and a shelf rack.
Monthly rent for your room: € 200 (including everything with WIFI, water, and electricity, and hearting).
There is no required Ablöse ( no compensation for the furniture as long as they stay there). Only if you would like to replace something and get a new one, then you will need to compensate for the old existing piece.
The apartment is on the second floor (without elevator). It only consists of two separate rooms. And there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen. A nice bathroom with toilet and washing machine inside.
There is also a basement room where you can store some stuff.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in your own room with a closed door and open window is okay.

Here is Sakr (26 years old). I am Austrian Egyptian. I am doing my second master now in Security Studies after I graduated from Political Science (BA and MA). I appreciate personal space and privacy as much as I appreciate social gatherings. It all depends on the ongoing load of stress (work and studies). Sometimes we can spend a lot of time playing stupid games (UNO, chess and Monopoly my are favourites) and doing other activities together like cooking, or going for a run or a walk. I just love coffee walks! I do that almost every day! But sometimes we should be also realistic that both of us can be super busy and overwhelmed and this should not be taken personally on both sides! I guarantee you that you can keep your door closed 24/7 if you want and I will not complain :D
