Zimmer in altbau 3er wg U6 Alser Straße

DEUTSCH:
Das ca. 10 qm große Zimmer ist gemütlich und sehr ruhig, da es zum Innenhof zeigt. Zugleich ist es schön hell, wie man auf den Bildern sehen kann.

Im Innenhof gibt es auch einen großen Tisch mit Sitzbänken im halb-grünen, der im Sommer zum Frühstücken oder auf ein Bier einlädt. Dort können auch Fahrräder abgestellt werden. Das zimmer wird leer übergeben.


ENGLISH:
The 10 square meter room is cozy and very quiet as it faces the inner courtyard. At the same time it is nice and bright, as you can see in the pictures.

In the courtyard there is also a large table with benches in the green, which invites you to have breakfast or a beer in summer. Bicycles can also be parked there.

DEUTSCH:
Die Wohnung ist ca. 2 Minuten von der U6 Station Alserstraße entfernt, 100m vom Hofer, 200m vom Interspar.

Auch der Yppenplatz und der Gürtel mit seinen vielen Kneipen sind ganz nahe und auch das Jörgerbad, falls du gerne schwimmst. Ansonsten ist zu der Lage nicht mehr viel zu sagen, du bist zu Fuß und mit dem Rad sowieso schnell beim Schottentor.

Achso die Bimhaltestellen Palfygasse und Alserstraße sind direkt um die Ecke. Trafik, Tankstelle und ein indischer Einkaufsladen, der bis spät und am Wochenende offen hat, sind auch noch um die Wohnung angesiedelt und lassen keinen Wunsch offen.

The apartment is approx. 2 minutes away from the U6 station Alserstraße, 100m from Hofer, 200m from Interspar.

Yppenplatz and the Gürtel with its many pubs are also very close, as well as the Jörgerbad, if you like swimming. Otherwise, there is not much left to say about the location, you can get to the Schottentor quickly and easily by bike anyway.

By the way, the Palfygasse and Alserstraße paddle stops are right around the corner. Tobacco shops and an Indian shop that is open until late and on the weekend are also located around the apartment and leave nothing to be desired.
DEUTSCH:
Du wirst mit zwei sehr netten Mädchen leben, Dario (30) und Bea (27).

Bea hat gerade promoviert in Mathematik an der TU Uni und macht nebenbei Fotografie, worauf sie sich jetzt nach dem Abschluss ihres Doktors hauptsächlich fokussieren will. Sie kommt ursprünglich aus Italien und um Klischees zu bedienen, kocht sie auch dementsprechend phänomenal. Sie spricht sehr gut Deutsch, manchmal wird in der WG aber auch Englisch gesprochen.

Dario, ebenfalls promovierte Mathematiker und angenehmste Zeitgenosse, ist sicher gerad auch nach der abschluss seiner Doktorat am neu orientieren, und ist aktivistisch vorallem im Klima und Degrowth Bereich aktiv.

Die beiden interessieren sich für Kunst in jeglicher Form, Kultur und Politik, gesellschaftsrelevante Themen und besuchen im Normalzustand auch gerne viele Veranstaltungen dazu. Musikalische, kreative und generell einfach liebe Menschen sind bei uns herzlichst Willkommen, diskriminierendes oder homophobes Verhalten nicht.

Beide sind offen für alles und verbringen auch gerne mal Zeit zusammen. Generell kommt es meist spontan dazu, dass man zusammen kocht, isst und was trinkt. Es ist ein respektvolles, lustiges Miteinander bei uns, wo sich auch jederzeit zurückgezogen werden kann. Als Schmankerl gibt es noch ein paar nette Nachbarn*innen im Haus, die auch gerne mal auf ein Bierchen in die WG schauen.

ENGLISH:

You will live with two very nice people, Dario (30) and Bea (27).

Bea just finished her doctorate in mathematics at the TU Uni and is doing photography on the side, which she mainly wants to focus on after completing her doctorate. She originally comes from Italy and to serve clichés, she cooks phenomenally. She speaks German very well, but sometimes English is spoken in the shared apartment.

Dario, also from Italy and also a freshly finished PHD in mathematics, is great company and still figuring out which direction to go in after finishing a PHD in mathematics.

The two of them are interested in art in all its forms, culture and politics, socially relevant topics and normally like to attend many related events. We warmly welcome musical, creative, and generally just lovely people, unlike discriminatory or homophobic behavior.

Both are open to everything and like to spend time together. In general, it usually happens spontaneously that you cook, eat and drink together. It is a respectful, fun togetherness with us, where you can withdraw at any time. There are a few nice neighbors in the house who also like to have a beer in the shared apartment.
