DE: Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Es ist zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet, daher ist es relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Bequemes Bett (1,40 m), Kleiderstange, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Radio, Tageslichtlampe für dunkle Wintertage, Akupressurmatte zur Entspannung, Radio & viele Pflanzen (grüner Daumen willkommen) ... :-)
Das große Wohnzimmer steht dir natürlich auch zur Verfügung. Dort findest du eine bequeme Couch, einen Fernseher und ziemlich viele Fitnessgeräte - obwohl wir eigentlich gar nicht so sportlich sind :D In der Küche gibt es eigentlich alle Geräte die man braucht und auch, Kaffeeliebhaber:innen werden sich freuen, eine tolle Kaffeemaschine.
EN: The room is small but very cosy. It faces the inner courtyard, so it is relatively quiet. The room is rented furnished. Comfortable bed (1.40 m), clothes rail, chest of drawers, desk, radio, daylight lamp for dark winter days, acupressure mat for relaxation, radio & many plants (green thumb welcome) ... :-)
Of course, the large living room is also at your disposal. There you'll find a comfortable couch, a TV and quite a lot of fitness equipment - although we're not really that sporty :D In the kitchen you'll find all the appliances you need and also, coffee lovers will be happy to know, a great coffee machine.
DE: Die Lage ist super - einerseits braucht man nicht lange in die Stadt (15 Min öffentlich bis zur Hauptuni), und andererseits ist man auch schnell im Grünen (20 Min bis zur Station Neuwaldegg). 7-8 Minuten zur U6 Alser Straße, 2-3 Minuten zur 43er Bim Pallfygasse. Den Brunnenmarkt erreicht man in circa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Im Winter gibt es einen Eislaufplatz 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt.
Supermärkte: Interspar 1 Minute, Hofer 3 Minuten.
EN: The location is great - on the one hand, it doesn't take long to get to the city (15 minutes by public transport to the main university), and on the other hand, you can quickly get to the green areas (20 minutes to Neuwaldegg station). 7-8 minutes to U6 Alser Straße, 2-3 minutes to 43 Bim Pallfygasse. Brunnenmarkt can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot. In winter there is an ice skating rink 1 minute from the flat.

DE: In der WG gibt es noch einen lieben Mitbewohner names Peter. Peter ist gerade am Ende seines Masterstudiums an der TU und ist außerdem auch selbstständig tätig. Peter ist ein sehr offener, herzlicher und gesprächiger Mensch. Ungezwungene gemeinsame Kochabende mit vielen Köstlickeiten finden bei uns des Öfteren statt. Aber generell ist es ein sehr ungezwungenes Miteinander. Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist wichtig.
EN: Your lovely flatmate would be Peter. Peter is just finishing his Master's degree at the TU and is also self-employed. Peter is a very open, warm and talkative person. We often have informal cooking evenings together with lots of delicious food. But in general, it's a very informal atmosphere. A certain degree of cleanliness and order is important.
