Wg-Zimmer in großer 4er Wg

Die Wohnung ist nur fünf Minuten von der U6-Station Alser Straße und 43er Bim Station Alser Straße entfernt.
3 Minuten fußläufig befinden sich ein Hofer und ein Intershop, sowie eine Tankstelle, die vorallem zu späterer Stunde oder auch Sonntags sehr praktisch ist.
Direkt in der Nähe ist der Brunnenmarkt am Yppenplatz, welcher eine Vielfalt an frischen günstigen Lebensmittel und Kulturangebot bietet.
Der Yppenplatz ist voller Bars, Cafés und Restaurants, also die Lage bietet alles was man sich wünschen würde. Für weitere Geheimtipps, kann man immer alle Wg-Mitbewohner ansprechen :)

Wir sind eine sehr entspannte Wg, die gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt und auch gelegentlich miteinader weg geht, obwohl wir auch unterschiedliche Zeitpläne und Interessen haben.
Wir kochen überwiegend gemeinsam und essen dementsprechend Abends auch oft zusammen und verbringen viel Zeit im Wohnzimmer/der Küche :)
Man sollte okay damit sein, dass im Wohnzimmer geraucht wird.

Jonas (22) lebt seit 2 Jahren in Wien und ist ein sehr offener Typ, der immer gerne Leute um sich hat - auch in der WG -. Er studiert gerade im 3. Semester Powi und dann ab Oktober Lehramt. Sonst ist er in einem Kollektiv und legt Musik auf, demensprechend gerne am feiern. Als Ausgleich spielt er Feldhockey, was auch timeconsuming ist.

Anna (19) ist letzten August nach Wien gezogen und studiert Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege. Sie ist tagsüber relativ viel in Vorlesungen oder im Praktikum aber geht in ihrer Freizeit auch gerne aus und unternimmt viel mit Freunden oder liest, malt oder versucht sich an anderen kreativen Sachen.

Paolo (21) studiert Bauingenieurwesen und wohnt bereits länger in Wien, seit letztem Jahr auch bei uns in der Wg

Wir sind offen für jede/n Mitbewohner*in, der/die nett und sozial ist :)

The room has 17qm with beautiful wooden floor and in addition is not directly on the street and is therefore quiet. There is also an inner closet in the wall.


The apartment is only five minutes from the U6 station Alser Straße and 43er station Alser Straße.
3 minutes walk there is a Hofer and an Intershop, as well as a gas station, which is very practical, especially at late hours or on Sundays.
Directly nearby is the Brunnenmarkt at the Yppenplatz, which offers a variety of fresh cheap food and cultural offers.
The Yppenplatz is full of bars, cafés and restaurants, so the location offers everything you could wish for. For more insider tips, you can always address all flatshares :)

We are a very relaxed apartment that likes to spend time together and also occasionally goes away, although we also have different schedules and interests.
We mainly cook together and therefore often eat together in the evening and spend a lot of time in the living room/kitchen :)
You should be okay with us smoking in the living room.

Jonas (22) has lived in Vienna for 2 years and is a very open guy who always likes to have people around him - even in the flatshare. He is currently studying in the 3rd Semester Powi and then from October teacher. Otherwise, he is in a collective and plays music, so he likes to celebrate. As compensation, he plays field hockey, which is also timeconsuming.

Anna (19) moved to Vienna last August and studies health and nursing. She spends much time at lectures or internships during the day, but also likes to go out in her spare time and do a lot with friends or reads, paints or tries other creative things.

Paolo (21) is studying civil engineering and has been living in Vienna for a long time, since last year also with us in the flatshare
