Hey! Mein Zimmer ist vom 1.Jänner (evtl. auch schon früher) bis zum 31. Mai frei, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache. Das Zimmer in der schönen 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung ist ca. 20 m² groß und mit einem gemütlichen Bett, einem großen Einbauschrank, 2 Kommoden und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das große Fenster ist Richtung Straße ausgerichtet und somit hat das Zimmer immer viel Tageslicht.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße, somit ist es hier eher ruhiger und es gibt kaum Verkehr. Die Straßenbahnlinien 40 und 41 ab Aumannplatz sind von der Wohnung aus in ca. 3 Minuten erreichbar und bei der Ubahn Station Währinger Straße ist man ca. in 10 Minuten.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es ganz in der Nähe einen Penny, aber auch Billa und Spar sind in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
In der Wohnung wird mit dir noch meine Mitbewohnerin Nadine wohnen. Nadine ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Publizistik und Kommunikationswissenschaften an der Uni Wien.
Wichtig ist mir, dass mein Zimmer und die Wohnung sauber gehalten werden. Außerdem hofft Nadine auf einen/eine nette MitbewohnerIn mit der/dem man auch mal Spaß haben und etwas unternehmen kann.

My room in our beautiful apartment will be free from January 1st to May 31st, since I will be doing a semester abroad.
The room is more or less 20 m² big and it has a cozy bed, a desk and lots of storage room. Since there is a big window there’s always lots if daylight in the room.
The apartment is in a really quiet street. You can reach the tram lines 40 and 41 in 3 minutes and the metro U6 in about 10 minutes.
Near the apartment is a Penny, but also Spar and Billa are near and you can reach them in about 10 minutes.
Nadine is going to live with you in the appartment. She’s 21 and studies journalism.
For me it is really important that the apartment and my room stay tidy in the period you are going to live there. Nadine also hopes for a flatmate who is nice and with whom she also can have fun.
