wir, Julian (21) und Raphael (22), suchen ab Februar 2024 bis Juli 2024 eine weitere Person für unsere WG :)
Die Wohnung ist großräumig gebaut, hat hohe Wände, Parkettboden, es gibt eine "Dachterasse" (siehe Fotos) sowie einen kleinen Garten mit Heurigentisch und Radständer für mehrere Räder. Auf Straßenebene gibt es auch einen kleinen Schuppen mit einigem Werkzeug sowie weiteren Radständern. Wir sind beide relativ sportbegeistert, deshalb haben wir aus unserem spare-room einen Fitnessraum gemacht :D (der natürlich gern benutzt werden kann/soll).
Allgemein gibt es sehr viel Stauraum, viel Gepäck sollte also kein Problem sein. Wir versuchen laufend die WG auszubauen/ zu verschönern und sind für Veränderungen sehr offen :)

we, Julian (21) and Raphael (22), are looking for another person to join our shared apartment from February 2024 to July 2024 :) The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, parquet flooring, a "roof terrace" (see photos), and a small garden with a traditional Austrian wine tavern table (Heurigentisch) and a bike stand for multiple bikes. On street level, there's also a small shed with various tools and additional bike stands. Both of us are quite into sports, which is why we've converted our spare room into a fitness area :D (which can and should be used, of course).
In general, there is plenty of storage space, so having a lot of luggage shouldn't be a problem. We're continually working on expanding and beautifying the shared space and are very open to changes :)
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zwischen dem Türkenschanzpark und dem Pötzleinsdorfer Park (800m in jede Richtung), direkt gegenüber vom Billa, einem Bankautomaten, einer Bäckerei und ca 100m entfernt von der Straßenbahnstation, von der man in 20' beim Schottentor ist. Nachtbus fährt die ganze Nacht durch :) Ein Radweg führt auch direkt zur Haustür.
The apartment is situated roughly between Türkenschanzpark and Pötzleinsdorfer Park (800m in each direction), right across from Billa, an ATM, and a bakery. It's also approximately 100m away from the tram station, which takes you to Schottentor in 20 minutes. The night bus runs all night long :) There's also a bike path leading directly to the front door.
Wir sind beide absolut coole, entspannte Leute und suchen nach einer weiteren absolut coolen, unkomplizierten Person. Wir machen viel unser eigenes Ding, verbringen aber auch gern mal den Abend mit quatschen oder fortgehen (oder mit stundenlangen Umbauaktionen wenn die Motivation grade kickt)
We are both absolutely cool, laid-back individuals and are looking for another equally cool, uncomplicated person. We each do our own thing a lot, but we also enjoy spending evenings chatting, going out, or engaging in lengthy renovation sessions when motivation strikes :)
