Dein Zimmer hat alles was du brauchst schon eingebaut, also Schreibtisch, Hochbett, Platz für deine Sachen, plus Raum für deine freie Einrichtung (z.b. Couch) oder so. Ein großes Fenster, westseitig Richtung Hof, extrem ruhig, im Sommer kann man problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Das Hochbett ist auf eine Person ausgelegt (110 cm breit).

- Couch: Ikea Friheten - viel Stauraum - zwei Jahre alt, neuwertiger Zustand :) Originalpreis mit Lieferung 600€

Your room already comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, space for your stuff and some free space (currently occupied by a couch you can take over). It has a large window facing west into the inner courtyard so it's very quiet and you can even sleep with an open window in the summer. The bed is suited for one person (110cm width possible).

Die WG ist genau im Sweetspot zwischen gut angebunden und ruhig (Sehr nahe Station Gersthof). Nur 15 Minuten zur Uni Wien (Schottentor), 15 Minuten zur Donauinsel, Hofer, Billa, Bipa alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles andere ist auch relativ schnell erreichbar (z.B. TU Wien). Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Türkenschanzpark, ein extrem geiler Park mit Beachvolleyball, Basketballplätzen, Tischtennis, der vor allem während Corona als unser Garten gedient hat :D. Wer einmal hier wohnt wird sich in die Lage verlieben <3
The shared apartment is located in the perfect sweet spot, offering excellent connectivity (very close to Gersthof station) as well as peace and quiet. It's just a 15-minute journey to the University of Vienna (Schottentor) and the Danube Island. Grocery stores like Hofer, Billa, and Bipa are all within easy walking distance. Everything else is also easily accessible, such as the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien). A few minutes' walk away is the Türkenschanzpark, an amazing park with beach volleyball, basketball courts, and table tennis. During the pandemic, it served as our own garden :D. Once you live here, you'll fall in love with the location <3
As two of the current renters will be away for Erasmus, nothing can be said about the life in the flat, however, the remaining person is a very nice and open person, who you will surely get along with. Of course everyone's privacy is also respected, so that no one feels they have no space to escape.
Keine Kaution, keine Nebenkosten, nur die Miete. Leider kein Hauptwohnsitz möglich (also kein Parkpickerl für den 18.Bezirk). Wir haben einen Putzplan, damit alles sauber bleibt und nicht eine/r den andern hinterher putzen muss :). Die Küche hat einen Gas-Herd, was sehr geil zum Kochen ist und alles extrem schnell macht.
No deposit, no additional costs, only the rent. Unfortunately, registering the residence as the main address (Hauptwohnsitz) is not possible, which means no residential parking permit (Parkpickerl) for the 18th district. The kitchen features a gas stove, which is fantastic for cooking and speeds up the process significantly.
