For unavoidable reasons I could not respond to previous messages. Apologies for that.
The room is 20m2 bright and semi-furnished with large windows facing east side. The room has a super comfortable double bed, working table, and wooded wardrobe. The brightness of the room and the balcony has always kept my enthusiasm and energy through winter times and a good screen to bring various levels of shade during summer months. A lovely room to live.
The flat is located in between the most two beautiful parks in Vienna (BOKU University, Türkenschanzpark and Pötzleinsdorfer Schloss Park) where I used to spend time with nature after busy working hours at BOKU. Traveling was made easier thanks to the tram station at the door step of the flat and S Bahn station, Gersthof by 8 minutes walk.
The room is one of 3 rooms, plus spacious kitchen and bathroom and toilet. I work as an ecologist. I Love cooking, history, science and sports. We are friendly people at different stages of life from students to teachers at school and university. Such diversity brings a lot of space for conversations, sharing experiences and simple and mature understanding. I often have to travel a lot but during my stay I've enjoyed our dinner time and conversations. Lovely people to live with in short.
The room is ready for taking from 01.06.2024 or afterwards and I'm looking for a responsible person (student or working person and gender doesn't matter) who would like to enjoy staying in this beautiful room and location.

Das Zimmer ist 20m2 hell und voll möbliert mit großen Fenstern zur Ostseite. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein super bequemes Doppelbett, einen Arbeitstisch, ein brandneues Kleiderschrank. Die Helligkeit des Raums hat meine Begeisterung und Energie im Winter immer bewahrt und ein guter Schirm, um in den Sommermonaten unterschiedliche Schatten zu bringen. Ein schönes Zimmer zum Leben.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den beiden schönsten Parks Wiens (BOKU Universität, Türkenschanzpark und Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark), in denen ich nach arbeitsreichen Stunden an der BOKU Universität Zeit mit der Natur verbrachte. Das Reisen wurde durch die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Haustür der Wohnung und den S-Bahnhof Gersthof in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erleichtert.
Das Zimmer ist eines von 3 Zimmern, plus geräumige Küche und Bad und WC. Wir sind freundliche Menschen in unterschiedlichen Lebensphasen vom Schüler bis zum Lehrer an Schule und Universität. Liebe Kochen, Geschichte, Wissenschaft und Sport. Diese Vielfalt bringt viel Raum für Gespräche, Erfahrungsaustausch und einfaches und reifes Verständnis. Ich muss oft viel reisen, aber während meines Aufenthalts habe ich unser Abendessen und unsere Gespräche genossen. Kurz gesagt, nette Leute, mit denen man leben kann.
Ich suche eine verantwortungsbewusste Person (Student oder Berufstätiger, Geschlecht spielt keine Rolle), die gerne in diesem schönen Zimmer und an diesem Ort wohnen möchte.
