Lage
Die Straßenbahn 37 ist nur 2 min von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Ubahnstation Spittelau U4/U6 ist zu Fuß 10 min entfernt, von dort erreicht man in 5 minuten die Donauinsel oder ist in 10 Minuten am Karlsplatz.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und grün, es gibt mehrere Parks in der Nähe. An der angrenzenden Straße gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Post, Apotheke usw.

The tram 37 is only 2 minutes away, that brings you to Schottentor. In 10 min walking distance is the metro station Spittelau U4/U6, from there you reach the donauinsel in 5 minutes or the Karlsplatz in 10 minutes. It is a green and quiet neighborhood, there are parks in walking distance. Just around the corner you can find supermarkets, a post office, a pharmacy etc.
Unser WG Leben kann man als freudschaftlich, entspannt und lustig beschreiben. Wir kochen gern gemeinsam (vegan/vegetarisch), reden über alles mögliche und sind füreinander da. Wir schätzen ein rücksichtsvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben!

Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen:

Aja 20, ist ein offener, empathischer und manchmal verpeilter Mensch. Sie interessiert sich für Kunst und Film. Sie arbeitet momentan and ihrem Portfolio für ein Filmstudium und arbeitet nebenbei als Kamerassistenz bei mehreren Filmproduktionen. Ab Juli wird dann Fabio (28) ihr Zimmer übernehmen, er ist ein entspannter, lustiger Mensch, macht gern mit Simon zusammen Musik und studiert irgendwas mit Kunst :)
Evelyn 26, ist ein lebensfroher und geselliger Mensch, sie interessiert sich für Kunst, ist naturverbunden, geht gern auf Veranstaltungen und probiert sich als DJ.
Simon 24, kocht gerne (meistens Dhal ;] ), liest gerne allerlei Bücher, hört und macht gerne Musik und tut gern Fahrradfahren.

Our flat dynamic is friendly, relaxed and fun. We love to cook together and for each other (vegan/vegetarian), talk about anything and everything and we are there for each other. We value a considerate and harmonic co-living!

Your new flat mates:

Aja 20, and can be described as open-minded, empathetic and sometimes a bit chaotic. They enjoy arts, photography and movies. Currently they are working on their portolio and as a camera assintant on film sets.
Evelyn 26, is a pretty relaxed and open-minded person. She's interested in art, likes to go out and enjoys to DJ.
Simon 24, is a kind person, loves to cook, loves making and listening to music and reading all the books.
