Hello there, the rooms are both pretty big and both are furnished (a latge single bed or a small double bed 140cm wide & 210cm long, a desk and storage in bth rooms). The only thing missing a bit would be a couch in both rooms, which you could buy (and I could pay half of it if you really need a couch).
The apartment is really sunny and bright with sun coming up on the morning side with the windows. there are no direct neighbours so there is privacy in that way which is very unusual in Vienna.
The first month rent is due when you reserve the room and if you stay a second or third month the rent is just due on the beginning of the month.

There are several supermarkets around the apartment, one Billa and Bipa is literally one minute walk from the front door. Heiligenstadt (U$) subway line is 5 stops from Schwedenplatz 5 minute walk, and the street car D is 1 min walk and Spittelau (U6) is a 10 minute walk.
There are 2 rooms for 2 people the common area is fairly small and the private rooms are quite big, so great for enjoying your own pace at a reasonable price.
