The room is 21 square meters in size and bright. It costs 461,93€ per month in total, everything included (electricity, heating, internet, etc..).
It is partly furnished and contains the following items:
* Wardrobe stand
* Big closet
* A 140cm*200cm bed including an as-good-as-new mattress
* Shelf (e.g. for books)
* TV Stand
* newly bought curtains including curtain mounting brackets
* Couch
* Desk
* Office chair
I think 600 Euros in total would be a super fair price for this.
5 people currently live in the flat. It has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. There is a fully furnished kitchen/dining room where you can prep your meals, eat and spend time with the flatmates :)
The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped with plates, pots, and everything thing you need to cook.
We also have a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner that you can of course use.
The flat has a quiet terrace in the courtyard where you can smoke or get a breath of fresh air if you want.
Tram line 37 and 38 is a one-minute walk from the flat. U4 and U6 (Spittelau and Nussdorfer Straße) are 4 minutes by foot, as well as Tram line D. With public transport, you are in the city center in around 15 minutes. There is a Eurospar supermarket 1 minute away. Billa supermarket and Bipa drug store, as well as a pharmacy and several restaurants and cafés are also close (<10 minutes). Döbling is a vivid, lively part of Vienna and super fun to live in.
Right near the apartment is the Währinger Park, perfect for sunbathing and playing Spikeball with friends. There are also many sports facilities and a swimming pool.
Most of us are quite busy, but there's always room for a glass of wine/beer in the evening.
We give each other the personal space they need, but are also open for common activities :)
We are caring for the flat together and work together to e.g. keep it clean.
