The room is very spacious and has two large windows overlooking a very quiet street with little traffic. It has an independent entrance from the kitchen, and another door that connects with my room which is always closed. It has a high ceiling and it is very bright in the morning and until about 3 or 4 o´clock the sun comes in directly. In the room you will already find everything you need, big desk, wardrobe, bookcase, chairs. The bed is mine current but you can find a solution with me. If you already have furniture, no problem, the landlord can take away what you don´t need. There are two radiators and in winter it is very comfortable, but above all in summer it is very fresh!
**LOKING FOR A NEW MAIN RENTER**
My 3 years contract is running out i woukd like to find a person who wants to be the new main renter and take over the flat. Since my flatmate contract is also ending soon, you will have the responsability to find yourself a new flatmate😊
Needless to list all the possibilities you have in this area ^^. The Prater is 5 minutes away, the Danube 15 (on foot, by bike it's 5). The U2 metro is a 2-minute walk, the U1 Praterstern a 10-minute walk. Also very useful as there is a train to the airport from praterstern, and a supermarket open on Sundays! It is a very quiet area for evening strolls, there are restaurants and bars just about everywhere in the neighbourhood, and a market on Volkgartenstrasse is well stocked with fruit and vegetables.
