Die Wohnung befindet sind in 4 Gehminuten vom Friedrich Engels Platz, und ist mit den Öffis in 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
Der Handelskai befindet sich in 10 Gehminuten und man ist in 40 Minuten mit der S-Bahn am Flughafen.

Es befindet sich gegenüber 1 Minute ein Hofer, welcher sehr gut geführt wird. 3 Minuten ein Spar und 5 Minuten ein Billa.

The apartment is a 4 minute walk from Friedrich Engels Platz, and the city center can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
The Handelskai is a 10 minute walk and the airport can be reached in 40 minutes by S-Bahn.

There is a Hofer, which is very well managed, opposite 1 minute. 3 minutes a Spar and 5 minutes a Billa.

Deine Mitbewohner sind Antonino (31) und Martin (26). Martin wohnt in der WG bereits seit 5 Jahren und Antonino 3 Jahre.

Antonino arbeitet an seinem Doktorat an der BoKu und spricht Italienisch und English. Deutsch lernt er noch.

Martin arbeitet bei der Raiffeisenbank und spricht Deutsch und English.

Wir sind eine sehr saubere WG und kochen oftmals gemeinsam und haben einen Putzplan.

Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt und wünschen uns das auch Gäste nicht in der Wohnung Rauchen. Große Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
