Hallo an alle<3 Meine Mitbewohner*innen ziehen aus und es werden zwei Zimmer frei.
Bei diesem handelt es sich um ein 11m2 Zimmer in einer 75m2 dreier-WG. Es ist nicht notwendig, einen Schrank im Zimmer zu haben, da sich 3 große Einbauschränke im Gang befinden, sodass man mehr Platz für andere Möbel hat. In der ganzen Wohnung verteilt gibt es viel Stauraum, wir haben auch ein Kellerabteil.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, das in den Innenhof schaut, weshalb es sehr ruhig ist und man im Sommer problemlos mit offenen Fenster schlafen kann. Vom Frühling bis November sorgt ein schöner Baum und seine Blätter für Privacy und Schatten.

Hey everyone <3 My flatmates are moving out and two rooms are freeing up!
This one is a 11m2 room in a 75m2 WG for 3 people. The room isn't too big, but it's not necessary to have a closet in the room, since there are big ones in the hall just outside the room. The whole flat has a lot of storage space and we also have a basement.
The room has a big window looking into the courtyard. That's why it's very quiet and sleeping with open windows isn't an issue. From spring on until November, there is a nice, big three in front of the window that lends privacy and some shadow.
Öffi Verbindungen / Public Transport:
U-Bahn / Subway:
- U4 Friedensbrücke: 7 min walk
- U6 Jägerstraße: 7 min walk
Straßenbahn / Tram:
- 31: directly under the house
- 5 / 33: 5 min walk
Zur Hauptuni braucht man mit den Öffis ungefähr 20 bis 25 Minuten. Mit dem Rad ist man natürlich schneller.
Es gibt in der nächsten Umgebung (alle maximal 5 Minuten entfernt) Lidl, BIPA, Hofer (=Aldi), Billa und Penny. Einen ETSAN gibts praktisch unter der Haustür.
Den Donaukanal kann man innerhalb von 3 min erreichen. Mit der U6 ist man auch schnell auf der Donauinsel.

It takes 20-25 minutes to reach the university's main building if you travel by public transport. If you take the bike you'll be there quicker.
In a walking distance of max. 5 minutes there is a Lidl, a BIPA, a Hofer (=Aldi), a Billa, and a Penny. There's a supermarket called ETSAN right underneath the house.
You can reach the Donaukanal in 3 minutes. If you travel with the U6 you can reach the Donauinsel quickly too.
Du wirst mit mir und einer anderen, noch unbekannten Person zusammenleben.
Also erstmal was zu mir: Ich bin Lexi, 21 Jahre alt und studiere Soziologie. Ich bin viel unterwegs und extrovertiert, weshalb ich Zuhause dann mal meine soziale Energie auftanke. Trotzdem ist es mir wichtig, dass wir in der WG ab und zu was gemeinsam unternehmen, gemeinsam was kochen oder Filme schauen. Ich bin auch ziemlich gesprächig und freu mich, wenn mir meine Mitbewohnis von deren Tag erzählen, wenn sie Lust darauf haben :).
Die Wohnung ist für größere Parties leider nicht ideal, aber es kommen auf jeden Fall öfters Leute vorbei.
Für die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung haben wir das bis jetzt mit einem Putzplan geregelt, möchte den auf jeden Fall weiter beibehalten! Kommunikation ist mir super wichtig.

You are going to live with me and another yet unknown person.
So some stuff about me first: I'm Lexi, I'm 21 years old and I study sociology. I'm a very extroverted person and I'm always running around town, so I take the time at home to recharge my social batteries. Still, it's important to me that we can sometimes hang out in the WG, for example by watching a movie or cooking together. I'm also pretty talkative and I'm always happy when my flatmates tell me about their day (if they feel like it, of course).
The flat sadly isn't apt for bigger parties but in any case, people will come by to hang out.
To keep the flat clean we implemented a cleaning plan, I definitely want to keep that up. Communication is super important to me.

The flat wasn't built to be super accessible for wheelchair users, I'm afraid. But there are no stairs in the flat itself and we do have a lift.
