Das Zimmer ist von Anfang März bis Ende Mai zu vermieten, da ich in diesem Zeitraum nicht in Wien bin. Die Größe beträgt 22m² und es ist voll möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und schaut auf die ruhige Karajangasse sowie auf den Innenhof. Die Warmmiete beträgt im Monat 550 Euro. Die Wohnung (80m²) ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht, inkl. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sowie einem kleinen Gästezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen Balkon, der auf den ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Im Innenhof gibt es Fahrradständer und im Haus befindet sich zusätzlich ein Kellerabteil.
The room is available for rent from the beginning of March to the end of May, as I am not in Vienna during this period. The size is 22m² and it is fully furnished. The apartment is on the first floor and looks onto the quiet Karajangasse and the courtyard. The rent is 550 Euro per month. The apartment (80m²) is fully equipped and offers everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine as well as a small guest room. There is also a balcony facing the peaceful courtyard. Bicycle racks are available and there is a cellar compartment in the building.
Die Lage und Öffi-Anbindungen sind perfekt: der Augarten und Wallensteinplatz sind jeweils nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, die U-Bahn-Stationen Roßauer Lände (U4) und Jägerstraße (U6) in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum und die Donauinsel sind mit dem Fahrrad nur 15 Minuten entfernt, mit den Öffis etwa 20 Minuten.
The location and public transport connections are perfect: the Augarten and Wallensteinplatz are both just a two-minute walk away, and the Roßauer Lände (U4) and Jägerstraße (U6) metro stations can be reached in 8 minutes. The city center and the Danube Island are only 15 minutes away by bike and around 20 minutes by public transport.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2er-WG. Dein Mitbewohner ist 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Gutes Essen und angenehme Unterhaltungen sind willkommen. Es gibt keinen Putzplan aber Küche, Bad und Toilette sollten nach dem Gebrauch immer sauber hinterlassen werden.
The room is in a shared flat for 2 people. Your roommate is 27 years old and is working. Good food and pleasant conversation are welcome. There is no cleaning schedule but the kitchen, bathroom and toilet should always be left clean after use.
