ich suche eine Person, welche im Mai für den ganzen Monat oder auch kürzer eine Unterkunft in Wien braucht. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, die Wohnung mit Balkon dafür umso schöner. Welche Möbel im Zimmer bleiben kann individuell besprochen werden. Ansonsten ist alles in der WG vorhanden, was man zum Leben benötigt !

I am looking for a person who needs accommodation in Vienna for the whole month of May or for a shorter period. The room is quite small, but the apartment with balcony is all the nicer. The furniture in the room can be discussed individually. Apart from that, everything you need to live is available in the shared flat!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20. Bezirk, nähe S-Bahn Station Traissengasse, U6 Dresdnerstraße und U1/U2 Praterstern. Straßenbahn ist auch nicht weit entfernt (2,5). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sehr viele und es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zur Donau und auf die grüne Donauinsel. Auf dieser kann man sehr gut Sport machen, baden gehen und sich erholen.
The apartment is located in the 20th district, close to the S-Bahn station Traissengasse, U6 Dresdnerstraße and U1/U2 Praterstern. Streetcar is also not far away (2,5). There are many shopping facilities and it is only a short walk to the Danube and the green Danube Island. Here you can do sports, go swimming and relax.
In der WG Leben Tina und Patricia, beide Anfang 20 und beide Studieren. Mit Patricia lebt noch ein Hund (Sunny), welche gerne die Wohnung erkundet. Beide müssen viel für die Uni erledigen und lernen oft in ihrem Zimmer. Patricia geht oft mit Sunny auf die Donauinsel.
Tina and Patricia, both in their early 20s and both students, live in the shared flat. Patricia also lives with a dog (Sunny), who likes to explore the apartment. They both have a lot to do for university and often study in their room. Patricia often goes to the Danube Island with Sunny.
Wie lange du das Zimmer benötigst, wie viel du zahlst und welche Möbel im Zimmer verbleiben, können wir individuell besprechen. Das Zimmer wäre von 01.05 - 31.05/01.06.2024 verfügbar, also nur 1 MONAT. Da ich am 28.04 ausziehen werden, würde ich natürlich gerne meine ganzen Möbel mitnehmen aber wir finden sicher eine Lösung, falls in das Bett oder den Schreibtisch erstmal dalasse.
We can discuss individually how long you need the room, how much you pay and which furniture will remain in the room. The room would be available from 01.05 - 31.05/01.06.2024, so only 1 MONTH. As I will be moving out on 28.04, I would of course like to take all my furniture with me, but we will certainly find a solution if I leave the bed or desk there for the time being.
