Hello everyone!
There's a free room for rent in our 3-person flat. It's located near Gaußplatz and Augarten in the 20th district and is on the third floor of an Altbau. There is no elevator, so unfortunately the flat is not wheelchair accessible.
The room is ~24m2 big, rent is 380€ all inclusive.
The furniture in the room – one big and one small wardrobe, a small shelf, a double bed and mattress – can be used and kept free of charge. (Keine Ablöse.)
You'd be living with Gina, Marijan and Marijan's dog Smoki.
Gina (she/her) is 28 and is quite busy with work nowadays. Marijan (he/him), also 28, is currently doing a job course 5 days a week.
We like to chat in the kitchen, eat together or watch trash TV in the living room. We share food and expenses for stuff around the flat, but this isn‘t mandatory.
Smoki is a 5 year old Shih Tzu mix. He does not shed, meaning your clothes would not be covered in dog hair. :) He is generally an easy-going dude, keeps to himself and sleeps most of the day. Nonetheless, he is a dog, and barks occasionally, especially when the doorbell rings.
We're looking for queer people aged 25+, who plan to stay long-term.
Important:
– We are not a strictly vegetarian/vegan household. Also, Smoki's dog food is stored in the
fridge.
– Keeping shared spaces clean and tidy is a must, as well as being considerate of others'
needs and boundaries.
– No smoking of any kind in the whole apartment, including your room.
– We are not really a party WG, but we are nice people :)
– Free Palestine, fuck terfs, racists & da patriarchy.
