Da ich bald ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin. Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht so groß, aber man hat genug Platz. Es ist voll möbliert, aber natürlich kannst du deine eigenen mitbringen. Die WG ist eine Dreier-WG. Du wirst also mit zwei netten Typen wohnen (und einer Katze 🐈). Kennenlernen per Videoanruf mit ihnen ist deswegen nötig haha, denn sie wohnen ja da weiter. Das dient aber auch als Zimmerbesichtigung, wenn die Situation immer noch kritisch ist...
Die Lage ist perfekt. U6 Jägerstraße ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. U4/6 Spittelau ist auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Zahlreiche Bus- und Straßenbahnlinien bringen dich gleich ins Zentrum. Alle großen Supermarktkette findest du in der Nähe: Hofer, Spar, Billa, Merkur und Lidl.

I am going to move out soon, so now I'm looking for someone to take over my room in the 20th district of Vienna. It's not very big, but there is enough space for your stuffs. Basic furnitures are provided. You'll share the falt with other two nice flatmates (and a cat 🐈). Therefore, it's necessary that they get to know you per skype first because they are the ones who are going to live with the newie. You can take a better look at the room, too, if the situation doesn't allow personal visit.
Location is just perfect. U6 Jägerstraße is there minutes walk. Trasfer station U4/6 Spttelau is also within walking distance (15 mins). Many buses and trams stop never the flat. City center is easily accessible. All supermarket franchises have a store in the neighborhood: Hofer, Spar, Billa, Merkur and Lidl.
