Hey you,
We are Niklas and Fabián. Hanna our long time flat mate is unfortunately leaving, so we want to welcome someone new. Fabián is in his Masters and studies Psychology. Niklas recently started working full time in IT and plans to move out himself in some time. If you have any questions about us we will happily answer them once we get to see and have a conversation with you.
The room is cozy with a big window that allows a nice view on the inner courtyard. If you want to you can discuss with Hanna/Niklas if you want some of the furniture that they won´t be taking.
The flat is located close to the metro stations Spittelau and Jägerstraße. You would be connected to the U4, the U6 and various tram/bim and bus lines. The bus nightline station is close, too.
You would have almost every supermarket you could imagine close by. Most of them in 5 minute walking distance. There are Billa, Billa plus, Spar, Penny, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa, Dm and some smaller shops close to the flat. There is even a market that is in 10 minutes walking distance where you can get fresh vegetables, fruits and other stuff.
You would be very close to the canal of the danube and only 2-3 metro stations from the danube itself and the danube island.
The Augarten is nearby in walking distance aswell.
To the main university it takes about 15-20minutes depending on the connection that you prefer. To the schwedenplatz it takes 15 minutes. Basicly everything that is central is easy to reach.
We usually like to communicate openly as it makes living together easy and more enjoyable. We tend to cook or spend time together otherwise, sitting on the balkony or somewhere else. As Fabián´s room is the biggest one by far we usually use it as a space to hang out aswell.
The rule that we implemented here is that if the door is closed noone is to enter. If someone wants something they can knock. If the door's open they can peek in, say hello and have a chat or generally spend some time together. The same applies to accessing the balcony as its only accessible from Fabián´s room.
We are all politically left. Fabián is vegan and Niklas follows a omnivore diet. It is important to us that everyone, obviously including you, is treated respectfully and can feel at home here! Thats to say that if opinions differ its important that we still refrain from using discriminatory language and keep an open mind. It would be awesome if that resonates with you, too.
