We are renting out a 14 m² room (360€ including all expenses).
The room is equipped with a double bed, some shelves, and a clothes rack.
It has a window facing the inner garden of the building, which keeps the room very quiet at all times.
** Note that the current pictures have furniture that is not included.
The flat is situated 5 min walking from the U6 metro station 'Jägerstraße', where you can find various tram and bus lines as well. Moreover, the train station 'Traisengasse' (direct connection to the airport), as well as the U4 metro station 'Friedensbrücke', are within walking distance. Lastly, in front of the house there is a bus that takes you to 'Praterstern'.
The district is cheap and the location really attractive, you can reach the Danube island, the Danube canal, and some parks within 15 min walking.
Regarding grocery shopping; Spar, Billa and Hofer are all within 5 minutes walking.
There is also an Asian shop in the next house.

I am a French guy of 25 arrived in Vienna for new job and new life since June!
I am an open-minded person, loving people and sports. My life is basically going to work, have a drink with friends, doing sports (all kind) and watching series or films. I also like to cook and listen to techno and electronic musics.
I already lived in several flatshared during (with 6 people max) so I know how to live in it (leaving space and share some good moments...). I travelled a lot (India , new zealand, europe, canada...) and now this is my first time I live in an other country for an undetermined date!

I am a Venezuelan/Portuguese guy who arrived to Vienna 3 years ago!
I am also very open-minded and flexible about the shared flat life. I love spending time with friends, having people over and having a friendly relationships with my flatmates!
Our German is not the best, so it is important to know English, we are doing our best but some time is required 😅
Our flat life is really relaxed, we enjoy very much to do things together, like cooking, watching football, movies or going out for some drinks.
We also don't mind sharing food or cook for each other. A certain amount of generosity makes life easier 😜
However, everyone has her/his own life and interests and is free to do whatever (s)he wants.
A certain amount of privacy is also important!
We would be happy to welcome a third Person with similar preferences in our flat! 🤟
The building also offers common rooms: a bike room and a hobby room.
The WG counts with a equipped kitchen, laundry machine, bathtub and a vacuum cleaner.
Please notice that we are searching for someone that speaks English in order to make sure communication is possible ;)
