30 qm Zwischenmiete Aug/Sept für 1-2 Personen

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse zur Wallensteinstraße. Die Wallensteinstraße ist immer sehr belebt - es gibt einerseits den Wallensteinplatz in 5 Minuten Gehentfernung, wo mensch gut zu jeder Tageszeit abhängen kann und bei Bedarf auch einkehren (gibt zb das Frame - ein ganz nettes Lokal zum Biertrinken oder so). Außerdem gibts auf der Wallensteinstraße auch sonst ein sehr breites Angebot an Geschäften & Co.

Der Augarten ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten sich gut an zum Chillen, Spazieren gehn, Fußball spielen, Boxen und alles andere was eins sonst noch gern draußen auf der Wiese macht.

Eins der coolsten Sachen an der Lage ist die Nähe zur Donau - mit der U6 sinds 2 Stationen bis Handelskai oder 3 bis Neue Donau, mit dem Rad geht's auch in 10 Minuten (bei schnellfahrn ;)!
Im Sommer ist das einfach mega cool, weil man sich nie überlegen muss ob sichs noch auszahlt kurz mal reinzuhüpfen, auch wenn wenig Zeit da is :)

Öffentliche Anbindungen gibt's auch einige:
U6 Jägerstraße in ca 7 Gehminuten, U4 Friedensbrücke ca 12 Min, dann gibt es noch die Straßenbahn linien 5, 33 (31) in der Nähe, sowie Busse 5a und 5b. Die S-Bahn Station Traisengasse ist auch mit dem Rad in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Mit dem Rad sind's auch nur 15 Minuten zum Alten AKH (Hauptuni) und generell ist man mit dem Rad schnell im Zentrum.

The flat is located in a quiet side street to Wallensteinstraße. Wallensteinstraße is always very lively - on the one hand, there is Wallensteinplatz in 5 minutes walking distance, where you can hang out at any time of the day and also stop for a bite to eat (there is e.g. Frame - a very nice place to drink beer or something). In addition, there is a very wide range of shops & co. on Wallensteinstraße.

The Augarten can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and is a great place to chill out, go for a walk, play football, box and anything else you like to do out on the grass.

One of the coolest things about the location is the proximity to the Danube - with the U6 it's 2 stops to Handelskai or 3 to Neue Donau, by bike it's also 10 minutes (if you ride fast ;)!
In summer it's just so cool, because you never have to think about whether it's worth hopping in, even if there's not much time :)

There are also several public transport connections:
U6 Jägerstraße in about 7 minutes on foot, U4 Friedensbrücke
about 12 minutes, then there are tram lines 5, 33 (31) nearby, as well as buses 5a and 5b. The Traisengasse S-Bahn station can also be reached by bike in about 5 minutes.

It's only 15 minutes by bike to the Old AKH (main university) and in general you can get to the centre quickly by bike.

In der Wohhnung lebe ich, Tabea (27 Jahre, sie/ihr/k.p.) und mein Kind Rahel (7 Jahre, sie/ihr).

Ich, Tabea, bin 27, wohne seit 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Ich studiere Soziale Arbeit (ab September mach ich Praktikum), bin viel unterwegs, mit und ohne Rahel. Wenn ich zuhause bin brauch ich oft schon Ruhe und bisschen Zeit für mich und häng dann gern rum und mach auch manchmal Sachen wie Häkeln/Stricken/Nähen. Wenn ich draußen bin, geh ich gern baden im Sommer, lieb Konzerte, geh gern auf Partys, und je nachdem wie meine Ressourcen es zulassen auch mal in aktivistischem Kontext unterwegs. Kochen tu ich nicht so gern muss ich gestehn bzw hab manchmal einfach zu wenig Energie für mehr als Spagetthi mit Tomatensauße.
Eine gewisse feministische Grundhaltung und die Mitwirkung am Schaffen diskriminierungsfreier Räume ist mir wichtig.

Rahel geht seit einem Jahr in die Schule, was bedeutet, dass wir unter der Woche schon früh rausmüssen und auch eher früh schlafen gehn. Rahel hört gern Hörbücher, plaudert, Rahel wohnt seit ihrem 2. Lebensjahr in WGs und baut meist schnell Kontakt auf zu (neuen) Mitbewohnis. Zudem ist sie (viel) Besuch und auch ein bisschen Chaos gewohnt, also du musst dir keine Sorgen machen, zu laut zu sein oder ähnliches.. Rahel lebt zur Hälfte bei ihrem anderen Elternteil, dh. sie ist auch immer wieder nicht da.

Jetzt im Sommer werden wir beide viel unterwegs sein, d.h. du/ihr hättet die Wohnung oft für euch. Es kann aber sein, dass eine Freundin von mir vorübergehend auch in meinem Zimmer wohnen wird.

Mir ist ein solidarischer Wohn-Umgang sehr wichtig und ich würde das auch in Bezug auf Essen/etc so gestalten

I, Tabea (27 years, she/you/k.p.) and my child Rahel (7 years, she/you) live in the flat.

I, Tabea, am 27, have lived in the flat for 2 years. I'm studying social work (I'll be doing an internship in September), I'm on the road a lot, with and without Rahel. When I'm at home, I often need peace and quiet and a bit of time for myself, so I like to hang out and sometimes do things like crochet/knitting/sewing. When I'm outside, I like to go swimming in the summer, love concerts, like to go to parties, and depending on my resources, sometimes I'm out and about in an activist context. I must confess that I don't really like cooking, or sometimes I just don't have enough energy for more than spaghetti with tomato sauce.
A certain basic feminist attitude and participation in creating discrimination-free spaces is important to me.

Rahel has been at school for a year now, which means that we have to get up early during the week and also go to bed rather early. Rahel likes listening to audio books, chatting, Rahel has been living in shared flats since she was 2 years old and usually quickly establishes contact with (new) flatmates. She is also used to (many) visitors and a bit of chaos, so you don't have to worry about being too loud or anything like that. Rahel lives half the time with her other parent, which means she is always away.

Now in the summer we will both be travelling a lot, which means that you would often have the flat to yourselves. However, it is possible that a friend of mine will also live in my room temporarily.

For me, a solidarity-based living arrangement is very important and I would also arrange it this way with regard to food/etc.

Es kann sein, dass im August eine Freundin von mir mit ihren 2 Katzen ebenfalls in der Wohnung wohnen wird (in meinem Zimmer). Die Wohnung bietet aber genug Platz denke ich :)

It is possible that in August a friend of mine and her 2 cats will also live in the flat (in my room). But I think the flat offers enough space :)
