Liebes Mitbewohni gesucht für Neugründung im 20.! // Looking for flatmate to move into a new flat together in the 20.!

Die Wohnung, die wir beziehen werden, liegt im Dachgeschoß direkt an der U6-Station Dresdner Straße (20. Bezirk). Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch der 5A Bus und in ein paar Gehminuten kommt man zur Straßenbahn 2. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch die S-Bahn Station Traisengasse, von wo aus man in ein paar Minuten Praterstern/Wien Mitte/Hauptbahnhof erreicht.

Die Wohnung befindet sich eigentlich genau im Dreieck zwischen Donaukanal, Donau und Augarten, und wenn das noch immer nicht genug Grün und Draußen ist dann fährt man schnell mit dem Rad zum Mühlwasser oder auf den Kahlenberg.

Wir kennen das Grätzl selber noch nicht so gut aber man erzählt sich, dass es besonders in der Gegend um den Wallensteinplatz und den Hannovermarkt viel zu entdecken gibt.

The flat is in the top floor (a former attic = high ceilings) of a building right by the U6 station "Dresdner Straße" in the 20. district. Furthermore, the bus 5A has a stop directly in front of the house, and the tram 2 and the S-Bahn "Traisengasse" is only a few minutes away. From there you can get quickly to Praterstern/Wien Mitte/Hauptbahnhof.

It is located directly in between the Donaukanal, Donau and Augarten, inviting to spend lots of time outside. And if this is still not enough green, one can easily ride the bike towards Mühlwasser, Nussberg or Kahlenberg.

As we also have not lived in the area up to now, we don't know it too much, but there seems to be a lot to discover around Wallensteinplatz and the Hannovermarkt.

Wir, das sind Paula, Valerie und Calle, kennen uns seit Valerie und Calle vor 1,5 Jahren gleichzeitig in Paulas WG eingezogen sind. Seitdem haben wir gemeinsam das Leben mit Haus und Garten kurz vor den Toren Wiens genossen, nun zieht es uns wieder in die Stadt. In der neuen Wohnung gibt es noch ein weiteres Zimmer und wir freuen uns sehr darauf, unseren Alltag, Essen, Sorgen und Freuden mit einer vierten Person zu teilen. Uns verbindet das Bedürfnis, einen gemeinschaftlichen und familiären WG-Alltag zu leben. Wir wollen hier nicht zu viel vorwegnehmen, sondern sind gespannt zu lesen, wie du dir ein solches Zusammenleben vorstellst und wünscht. Nur so viel: bei uns wird viel und ehrlich miteinander gesprochen, gelacht, gestritten, auf Bedürfnisse Rücksicht genommen und sich manchmal ein paar Tage vor lauter Alltag nicht gesehen. In verschiedenen Konstellationen haben wir Töpferkurse, Konzerte und Kunstausstellungen besucht, sind in den Urlaub, Klettern und Wandern gefahren. Wir sind teilweise am Studieren, teilweise am Arbeiten und alle politisch mal mehr, mal weniger aktiv – Queerphobie, Rassismus, etc. haben bei uns keinen Platz, und gleichzeitig wissen wir, dass wir an unseren eigenen -ismen noch tiefer rütteln müssen. Wir sind zwischen 25-30 Jahre alt, sind alle weiblich sozialisiert und würden am liebsten mit einer weiteren FLINTA*-Person zusammenleben.

We are Paula, Valeria and Calle, and know ech other since Valerie and Calle moved in with Paula 1,5 years ago. Since then we have enjoyed sharing a house with garden outside Vienna, now we are being drawn back to life in the city. There is a free room in the new flat and we are looking forward to sharing our everday life, food, sorrow and joy with a 4th person. We don't want to write too much here, and are very interested in reading how you imagine living together.

To give you some insights into our everyday live: we talk a lot and very honestly with each other, we laugh and fight, take care of each others needs and sometimes don't see each other for a few days, because there is so much happening at the same time. Together (but not always all three of us) we have visited pottery classes, concerts and art exhibitions, as well as went to vacation, hiking and climbing. Some of us study, some of us work for money (or do both at the same time) and all of us are politically active, tough sometimes more and sometimes less so. We work actively against queerphobia, racisms etc. and want you to do the same, but also know that there is still a long way to go. We are between 25-30 years old, were all socialized as female and would prefer living with another FLINTA person.

Momentan ist die Wohnung leer und sie muss komplett eingerichtet werden. Darum ist es wichtig, dass du Lust hast mit anzupacken und die Wohnung zu gestalten. Viele Möbel und eine komplette Küchenausstattung können wir mitbringen, es geht also vor allem darum, alles aufzustellen, einzurichten, Wandregale anzubringen etc. Wir haben die Schlüssel für die Wohnung bereits, das Zimmer könnte also theoretisch jederzeit bezogen werden, aber vieles wird in den ersten Monaten noch ein Provisorium sein.

Die Monatsmiete beläuft sich kalt (inklusive Betriebskosten) auf 345€, wir wissen selbst noch nicht wie viel da für Strom, Gas & Internet drauf kommt, rechnen aber pro Person mit ca 90€. Die Kaution sind 1000€ pro Person und wir wünschen uns, dass du dich an der Provision und an den Kosten für die Wand, die wir einziehen werden, damit es 4 getrennte Zimmer gibt, beteiligst. Das sind ca. 600-800 € pro Person, die wir uns über die nächsten zwei Jahre auf die Miete aufteilen wollen, also ca. 20 € pro Monat extra.

The flat is completely empty and has to be furnished by us. Therefore it is important that you want to be active and shape the life in the new flat with us. We can contribute lots of furnishure and a complete kitchen equipment from our old flat, so it is mostly about building things, putting up racks, hauling things, etc. We already have the keys for the flat, so you could move in at any moment, but during in the first month a lot will still be unfinished.

The monthly rent for each room (including operating costs, without gas & electricity) is 345 €, and we don't know yet how much it will be extra for gas, electricity and internet, but at the moment calculate with 90€ per person. The deposit is 1000 € per person. And there is some costs that are related to moving in to the flat, such as the provision and the costs for a new wall that we are building to have 4 seperate rooms. This will be around 600-800 € per person, which we want to distribute over the next 2 years, making it around 20-30 € per month.
