Kurz zum Allgemeinen: Da sich unsere WG leider zu Ende Dezember auflöst und ich bereits im November auf eine Reise starte, suchen wir jemanden, der mein Zimmer noch für die restliche Zeit das Jahres übernimmt.
Das Einzugsdatum kann bei Bedarf noch etwas flexibel gestaltet werden!
Also wenn du etwas für den Übergang suchst oder nur für den Zeitraum in Wien bist, dann bist du hier richtig!
Zimmer: Da die WG zu Ende Dezember aufgelöst wird, werde ich versuchen meine Möbel bereits vor meinem Auszug im November zu verkaufen. Wenn du keine Möbel hast können Lattenrost, Matratze und bei Bedarf Stuhl, Kleiderstange und Rollo gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden (evtl auch Schreibtisch). Du hast in jedem Fall ein wohnliches Zimmer. Sollte das Hochbett nicht verkauft sein, kannst du auch das nutzen.
Lage: Die Lage ist perfekt! Direkt an der Friedensbrücke und somit nur 2 min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Linie U4 und einige Straßenbahnlinien direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist in zweiter Reihe zum Donaukanal und direkt am Augarten also viel Grün und die Möglichkeit zum Freunde treffen und Sport machen. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man zu Fuß in 20-30 min. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Billa, Hofer, DM etc. sind im direkten Umfeld der Wohnung.
WG: Du wirst mit Maria (27) und David (25) sowie der Hunde-Dame Kira zusammen wohnen. Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und super unkompliziert. Nach dem Motto: alles kann und nichts muss kannst du ganz entspannt schauen, ob du für den kurzen Zeitraum einfach nur einen Ort zum schlafen brauchst oder ob du Lust auf ein paar gemeinsame Biere am Abend etc. hast. Grundsätzlich hat am Tag jeder seine eigenen Sachen zu tun aber in der Küche wird gern mal gequatscht oder am Wochenende was unternommen. Maria studiert noch an der BOKU und David hat gerade seine Masterarbeit abgegeben.

Briefly to the general: Since our WG unfortunately dissolves at the end of December and I already start in November on a trip to South America, we are looking for someone who takes over my room for the rest of the year.
The move-in date can still be somewhat flexible if needed!
Room: Since the WG will be dissolved at the end of December, I will try to sell my furniture before I move out in November. If you don't have any furniture, you can take over a slatted frame, mattress and if necessary a chair, clothes rail and roller blind for a fee (possibly also a desk). You have in any case a homely room :-) If the loft bed is not sold, you can also use that.
Location: The location is perfect! Directly at the Friedensbrücke and thus only 2 min walk to the subway line U4 and some streetcar lines directly in front of the door. The apartment is in the second row to the Danube Canal and directly on the Augarten so lots of green and the opportunity to meet friends and do sports. The city center can be reached on foot in 20-30 min. All shopping facilities such as Penny, Billa, Hofer, DM, etc. are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
WG: You will live together with Maria (27) and David (25) and the dog lady Kira. The WG-life is very harmonious and super uncomplicated. According to the motto: everything can and nothing must you can look quite relaxed, whether you just need a place to sleep for the short period of time or whether you feel like having a few beers together in the evening etc.. Basically, everyone has his own things to do during the day but in the kitchen we like to chat or do something on the weekend.
