Do you want to live in a peaceful flat between the center and the Danube in a dynamic neighborhood, for the same price before the inflation and with loving roomies? This flat is right for you !
Unfortunately, I’m leaving Wien and I’m looking for someone to take my room for the 1st of June.
The room is comfortable and light with a view of the park. Very warm in winter (I never turned on the heating in my room) and still not too hot during summer! I'll leave the bed and the coat rack which you can see in the pictures for a cost of 100€ so you already got the basic stuff you need!
The rent (393 euro/month) includes everything (electricity, internet etc ). One additional cost would be the Ablöse once for the common furniture of the flat that is 100 euros (including the sofa, dining table, kitchen equipment, washing machine ...).
The apartment is located in a very calm area - so no street-noises but rather you can hear the children playing outside in the park and the birds singing! There's a courtyard where you can easily park your bike. We are close to the Donaukanal if you want to have a relaxing walk or ride your bike to the Donauinsel which is also super close! Also, you only have to take a few steps and you're already at the famous club « grelle forelle » for your evenings parties! :D
The UBahn stations Spittelau (U4 and U6) and Jägerstraße (U6) are in 5 minutes walking distance. There are multiple bus and tram close by as well.
Moreover, we have Lidl right around the corner, penny and various pharmacies and other shops at the Klosterneuburgerstraße!
Hanna(23): is a lighthearted flatmate originally from Vorarlberg and has been living in Vienna since September 2022. When she's not right at campus studying physiotherapy, she's out and about exploring Viennas beautiful parks and cafés or playing around with Acroyoga. Back home she enjoys cooking vegan meals (together). Usually an early morning yoga practice sets the tone for her day. Every once in a while this gets crashed by a longer morning in bed after partying 😅She's already looking forward to a warm summer in Vienna where our location is just great and so close to the Donauinsel! If you like playing beachvolleyball, running or other sports, she'd definitely be your teammate/sportspartner :D Cleanliness is quite important to her as well as having fun living together! :)
