Hey!
Ich vermiete ein ca. 13 qm Zimmer in meiner 75 qm Wohnung. Ich lebe hier seit 4 Jahren, doch nun wird leider mein Mitbewohner ausziehen. Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich sehr ruhig (alle Zimmer richtung Innenhof) und hell, außer das vermietete Zimmer, um ehrlich zu sein (es ist aber nicht furchtbar dunkel, ab April ca. scheint auch mal die Sonne rein für einen Zeitraum). Die Wohnung hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer und Bad und außerdem eine nette "Speis". Sie ist voll möbliert, auch das zu vermietende Zimmer ist (wie auf den Fotos) voll ausgestattet - die Möbel habe ich selbst eingebaut und könnten jedenfalls übernommen werden. Das Bett ist ein halbhohes Einbaubett mit viel Stauraum darunter.
Zu mir
Ich bin 33 und arbeite als Lehrer (Englisch, Spanisch, Sport). Ich habe viele Hobbies (vor allem Sport - an den Wochenenden bin ich gerne Klettern, Skitouren, Mtb) und gerne unter Leuten (fortgehen, Konzerte, ....). Außerdem spiele ich seit ca. 4 Jahren Gitarre. Ich bin recht sauber, vor allem was die Küche betrifft und koche gerne. Außerdem bin ich Mitglied einer Foodcoop hier um die Ecke und beziehe die meisten Lebensmittel über diese. In einer WG ist es mir vor allem wichtig, offen und direkt kommunizieren zu können. Ich suche keine reine Zweck WG, muss aber natürlich nicht alles zusammen machen. Abseits vom zwischenmenschlichen und zumindest 1-2 gemeinsamen Interessen ist es mir wichtig, einen ähnlichen Rhythmus zu haben (bzgl. Schlafen/Aufstehen).

I am renting out a room of approx. 13 sqm in my 75 sqm apartment. I have been living here for 4 years, but unfortunately my roommate will soon move out. The apartment is basically very quiet (all rooms face the courtyard) and relatively bright, except for the rented room, to be honest (but the sun shines in for some hours starting from April though - so it's not super bad). The apartment has a spacious living room and bathroom and also a nice little extra room to store food. It is fully furnished, the room for rent is also fully equipped (as in the photos) - I have installed the furniture myself and could be taken over in any case. The bed is a half-height built-in bed with lots of storage space underneath).
About me
I am 33 and work as a teacher (English, Spanish, sports), I have a lot of hobbies (especially sports - at the weekends I like climbing, ski touring, bike-traveling, mountain biking) and I like to socialize (going out, concerts, ....). I've also been playing the guitar for about 4 years. I am quite clean, especially in the kitchen, and I like to cook. I'm also a member of a foodcoop around the corner and get most of my groceries from there. In a shared flat, it's particularly important for me to be able to communicate openly and directly. I'm not looking for a purely functional flat share, but of course I don't have to do everything together. Apart from the interpersonal aspects and at least 1-2 common interests, it is important to me to have a somewhat similar rhythm when it comes to getting up/going to sleep :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße im 20. Bezirk entlang des Augartens (1 Gehminute) und Kanal (8 Gehminuten). U6 ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, U4 in ca. 8 Minuten
