In unserer WG ist 1 Zimmer frei! :)
Es kostet 360€ im Mont, ist sehr hell und bieten viele Möglichkeiten sich zu entfalten. Es gibt auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon!
Der Preis für das Zimmer ist00 fixiert, inkludiert sind u.a. auch Internet, so wie eine Haushaltsversicherung.
Die Fenster gehen raus auf eine ruhige Straße. Bis auf paar Autos fährt da kaum was durch - sehr entspannt.
Das Zimmer ist teils möbeliert, können wir uns gerne absprechen.

There's a Rooms free in our WG :)
It is 360€ per month and there's a lot of room to manifest whatever you desire. There's also a big living room with a balcony. The whole flat is very bright.
The price stays the same always and included with the price there's internet and insurance for the flat.
The windows open up to a quiet street, basically just a few cars each day, very calm otherwise.
There's some furniture in the room, we can discuss it some time.

Die Lage ist sehr entspannt, viel Grün, die alte Donau liegt gleich ums Eck und es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Ubahn ist in Gehreichweite, sowie Straßenbahnen, Busse usw.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt's wie Sand am Meer.
Für Hundeliebhaber gibt's auch ne fette Hundezone um's eck, wo die Hunde auch schwimmen können.
Wer's gern bisschen ruhiger hat und dennoch rasch in der Stadt sein will, hat's hier gut erwischt ;)

The flat lies in a chilled part of the town, a lot of green, the old danube is around the corner (very nice for swimming), and there's shops to get food and stuff.
You can easily reach the metro by foot, aswell as other modes of transport.
Parking spots are abundand.
There's a Zone for dogs very near, where the dogs can swim and so on ;)
So if you like it calm, but also be connected to the city - this might be a good flat for you

Im Moment lebt die Ivona (34) aus Kroatien und Chris (32) aus Linz in der Wohnung. Ivona spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und Kroatisch, freut sich aber neue Leute kennen zu lernen, da sie erst frisch nach Wien gezogen ist. Chris spricht Deutsch und Englisch und ist Overall ein komoter typ ;)
Da ich bald ausziehe lässt sich nicht viel über das WG-Leben sagen. Es liegt schlussendlich dann an euch, wie ihr das Zusammenleben gestaltet. Aber lässt sich bestimmt was feines hochziehen ;)

At the moment, there's Ivona (34) from Croatia & Chris (32) from Linz living in the flat. Ivona speaks mainly english and croatian, but she's happy to meet new people, as she just moved to Vienna, a few days ago. Chris is overall a nice fellow ;)
As I am moving out, not much can be said about the life in the flat. It's up to you guys ;)
