Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
Da ich bald in eine eigene Wohnung umziehen werde, suchen wir für unsere 3er-WG eine*n neue Mitbewohner*in.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 23m2, Hell und bietet viel Stauraum an.
Folgende Möbel bleiben im Zimmer und sind gegen eine geringe Ablöse zu haben:
-Bett 140×200+Lattenrost (Keine Matratze),
-1. Grosse braune Kommode.
-1. Kleine weiße Kommode.
-1. Weisses Regal.
-Kleiderschrank.
-Sofa+Sofatisch
-neuer Herd in der Küche(Vor kurzem von uns gekauft)
Alle in gutem Zustand.
Die Miete beträgt momentan 393,- EUR pro Monat (inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet)
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Minuten von der Station Floridsdorf (Ubahn/Sbahn) entfernt, wo auch unterschiedliche Bus& Straßenbahn-Linien zu finden sind.
Man braucht ca. 20 Min. bis zum Stadtszentrum.
Dafür liegt aber die Neue Donau/Donauinsel ziemlich nah, was im Sommer super schön und praktisch ist, vor allem wenn man gern mit dem Fahrrad Ausflüge macht, oder schnell in die Natur will.
Mit dir würden wohnen:
-Alex (27) studiert Musiktheater und arbeitet.
-Marcel (20) studiert Tonmeister und arbeitet auch.
Die Jungs sind Geschwister und wohnen seit einigen Jahren in Wien. Sind sehr offen, kommunikativ, rücksichtsvoll und vor allem unkompliziert. Die freuen sich über nette Gespräche und Kreative Perspektiven des Lebens.
Die WG besteht aus 3 Einzelzimmern, einer Gemeinschaftsküche mit einem Kleinen Balkon, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, und einer separaten Toilette.
Bitte schicke uns eine kurze Beschreibung von dir, und wann du für eine WG-Besichtigung Zeit hättest. Besichtigungen sind nach Absprache ab nächste Woche möglich.

Since I will soon be moving into my own apartment, we are looking for a new roommate for our 3er Wg.

The following furniture stays in the room and is available for a small fee:

-1. Big brown dresser.
-1. Small white dresser.
-1. White shelf.
-Wardrobe.
-sofa+sofa table
-new stove in the kitchen (recently bought from us)
All in good condition.
The rent is currently EUR 393 per month (incl. electricity, gas, internet)
With you would live:
-Alex (27) studies musical theater and works.
-Marcel (20) is studying sound engineering and also works.
The boys are siblings and have been living in Vienna for several years. Are very open, communicative, considerate and above all uncomplicated. They look forward to nice conversations and creative perspectives on life.
The WG consists of 3 single rooms, a shared kitchen with a small balcony, bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
