Since I unfortunately have to move out, a room in our shared flat at Anton-Sattler-Gasse 106 will be available from 01.08.2023.
The room is 11 square metres and equipped with a desk, office chair, a chest of drawers, a small shelf and wall shelves, as well as a clothes rail. The room includes a 1.40 m wide bed (only the mattress is in the pictures, the bed frame is currently stored elsewhere). There also is a fan, which is especially useful during summer. If you would like to have the lamp on the desk, I would like to receive 16€ for it, as it is new. There is no fee for the other furniture. There is a restaurant taking up the ground floor of the house, but there are no loud noises bothering you inside the flat, especially in the bedrooms, which are located one floor further up.
The underground station Kagraner Platz (U1, tram 26 and various bus lines) takes about 7 minutes to reach on foot, but two buses (including a night bus) also stop about one minute away. The underground will take you to Praterstern within 10 minutes and to Stephansplatz within 13 minutes. Billa, Spar and DM are also at Kagraner Platz, a Eurospar and a Hofer are a 10-minute walk away.
Your future flatmates are Fabian, Sergio, Giuseppe and Alessandro. From time to time we cook together, go somewhere together or simply talk in the kitchen. Since we are from four different countries we mostly use English to talk to each other, so it would be fine if you only speak little or no German. :) We share a kitchen, living room and three toilets/bathrooms. We also have a shared balcony and an attic, which you can use to store things you don’t currently need.
