Ich habe das Privileg ein paar Monate in Spanien zu sein und da eine Freundin ab April einzieht, ist mein Zimmer im Februar und März zu vergeben. da es eine Zwischenmiete ist, wird es günstiger angeboten (normal 550€). Du kannst auch ein paar Tage früher ins Zimmer oder für einen kürzeren Zeitraum. Schreib uns einfach mal. :)
Dein Zimmer hat 15 Quadratmeter, es kommt wunderschön die Sonne rein, mit zusätzlichem Stauraum im Gang, Wohnzimmer und Keller. Auf 230 Quadratmetern Gemeinschaftsfläche hast du aber sonst auch genug Platz. Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel.
Im Preis sind Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom und Haushaltsversicherung schon inbegriffen.
In der Küche ist viel Platz und es gibt ein Wohnzimmer. Durch die verschiedenen Etagen kann man in Gemeinschaftsräumen auch ganz in Ruhe lesen und für sich sein.
Neben der Badewanne gibt's noch ein Bad mit Dusche, und zwei Toiletten.
Es ist super grün, idyllisch und ruhig hier. Es gibt einen Garten zum chillen, Obstbäume und eine schöne Terrasse, die zum Grillen einläd.
Wir sind alle Teilzeit am arbeiten, mal im Home-Office, mal im Büro, im Verkauf, Pädagogik und IT. Eine Party WG sind wir nicht mehr, aber zum Plaudern findet man eigentlich immer jemanden. Jede*r hat so auch für sich seine*ihre Steckenpferde, das reicht vom Musikvideos machen, über Wandern gehen, Pilze sammeln und auf Partys gehen, Malen und Pflanzen.
Ein kleiner Hund und eine Katze wohnen auch hier, du solltest also keine Tierhaarallergie haben.

INTERMEDIATE RENT
I have the privilege of being in Spain for a few months and since a friend is moving in from April, my room is available in February and March. But you can also come in a few days earlier, or for a shorter period of time.
Since it is an interim rental, we have reduced the price from originally €550/month.
Your room is 15 square meters, with additional storage space in the hallway, living room and basement. With 230 square meters of communal space, you also have enough space. The move-in date is flexible. Just text :)
The price includes heating, hot water, electricity and household insurance.
There is plenty of space in the kitchen and there is a living room. The different floors mean you can read in peace and be by yourself in the common rooms.
In addition to the bathtub, there is a bathroom with a shower and two toilets.
It's super green, idyllic and quiet here. There is a garden to chill out, fruit trees and a beautiful terrace that invites you to grill.
We all work part-time, sometimes in the home office, sometimes in the office, in sales, pedagogy and IT. We're no longer a party shared apartment, but you can always find someone to chat with. Everyone has their own hobbyhorses, ranging from video content, going hiking, picking mushrooms and going to parties, painting and planting.
A small dog and a cat also live here, so you shouldn't have an allergy to animal hair.
