Die Wohnung hat 2 Stockwerke, ein Eingang ist im EG, ein Eingang im KG. Das Wg-Zimmer ist im KG, man hat somit einen eigenen Eingang (wenn man das möchte). Im KG befindet sich sonst nur noch ein Hobbyraum, wo eine Waschmaschine und ein Tiefkühlschrank steht. Im EG befindet sich die Küche mit Wohnzimmer, Bad, separates WC und mein Schlafzimmer. Die Beiden Geschosse sind mit einer Treppe verbunden. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, man muss nur sein eigenes Zimmer einrichten. (Bei Bedarf finde ich bestimmt auch noch ein paar Möbel.) Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 eigene Terrassen und dazugehörigen Gärten.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Liesing. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist Inzersdorf Friedhof bzw. Jochen-Rindt-Straße. In die Innenstadt braucht man mit den Öffis ca. 30 min. Zur U-Bahn braucht man ca 10-15 min. Die nächste Uni ist der FH Campus Wien, den man auch super mit dem Rad erreicht, wenn man sportlich ist.
Ich bin ein 21-jähriger Student, und bin meist nur von sonntags bis donnerstags in der Wohnung.Die anderen Tage verbringe ich oft in meiner alten Heimat. Ich schätze die Privatssphäre sehr, aber bin eigentlich ansonsten sehr gesellig. Ordnung ist mir wichtig.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen vorhanden. Ich weiß nicht wie man die Bilder im Hochformat einfügt, danke für dein Verständnis.
