Hallo,
leider zieht unsere Mitbewohnerin aus und daher suchen wir für ihr Zimmer einen tollen Nachmieter. Wir sind 2 Jungs, Leopold (20) und Johannes (24), und 1 Mädchen, Philippa (23), und wohnen in unserer wunderschönen 137qm Altbauwohnung mitten in Wien. Dein Zimmer hat ca. 10 qm und kann auch bei Bedarf mit Möbeln abgenommen werden.
Im Zimmer steht ein 160cm Bett, eine Kommode, ein Schrank und eine Kleiderstange. Also jede Menge Stauraum für dich und deine Habseligkeiten. :) Unsere Wohnung hat eigentlich alles was man so an „Ausrüstung“ braucht: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und on top noch Dinge wie einen Beamer und einen Aufzug.
Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht, wo du dich auch gerne mal kurz vorstellen kannst.
