in unserer tollen 5er Wg wird ab 01.07.2015 - 15.08.2015 ein möbliertes 28qm Zimmer frei.
Die Miete beträgt 340 kalt und es würden 60 Euro Nebenkosten dazu kommen. Also 400 mit allem inklusive( Internet,Strom, usw..)
in our shared flat will be one room available from 01.07-15.08. The room has 28 qm and is fully furnished!
The rent will be 400 per moth all inclusive.
Unsere Wohnung liegt im 9. Bezirk im 1. Stock, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, 2 WC's, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und eine Küche mit Spülmaschine.
Top Verkehrsanbindung durch Nähe Volksoper (U6), Schottentor/Universität (U2), Friedensbrücke (U4). Straßenbahnen 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 direkt vor dem Haus. Lage optimal für Studenten der Hauptuni, Meduni. Ca. 20-25 Minuten zum WU-Campus.
Supermärkte (Hofer, Spar, Billa, Ströck, DM, Apotheke...), Cafés, Restaurants und alle Dinge, die man im täglichen Leben so braucht, sind fußläufig erreichbar!
Our flat is located in the 9th district on the 1st floor. It has a huge living room, 2 toilets and one bathroom, the kitchen has a dish washer :)
the traffic connection is actually really good. U6 near Volksoper, U2 Schottentor/ Uni, U4 Friedensbrücke. If you take the tram, 5, 33, 37,38,40,41,42 are in front of the house. To the main University you only need 5-10 minutes and to the medical University and WU not more than 20 minutes.
There are a lot of grocery stores and drug stores available: Hofer, Spar, Billa, DM...
Cafes, Restaurants and everything you'll need is available in walking distance!

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden, der sich auch gerne ins WG-Leben integriert - das heißt mal mit kochen, sitzen in unserer Küche oder im Wohnzimmer zum quatschen etc. Dennoch hat jeder bei uns sein "eigenes Leben" und einen eigenständigen Freundeskreis, alles sehr ungezwungen und spontan!

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our shared flat and is looking forward to cook or just even talk sometimes in the kitchen or in the living room. It's all voluntary but it would be nice to spend some time together. Apart form that, everyone has their freetime and can do whatever they want.
