Zwischenmiete - möbliertes 26qm-Zimmer in Mädels-WG

Die Wohnung liegt im 9ten Bezirk am Donaukanal zwischen den U4-Stationen Friedensbrücke und Rossauer Lände. Auch die Straßenbahnen 5 und 33, sowie der Franz-Josef-Bahnhof sind gleich in der Nähe.

Spar, Denn's Biomarkt, dm, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Apotheke und Fitinn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Falls du Sonntagabend nach 20 Uhr erst bemerkst, dass du nichts mehr zu Essen im Haus hast, mach dir keine Sorgen. Der Billa bei uns hat jeden Tag, auch feiertags, bis 22 Uhr geöffnet.
Möchtest du in die Innenstadt, brauchst du von deiner neuen Unterkunft aus nur 10-15 Min mit der U-Bahn ins Zentrum. Falls du lieber mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, geht es meist noch schneller. Für alle die kein eigenes Fahrrad besitzen, gibt es gleich zwei City-Bike-Stationen in nächster Nähe. Nach Anmeldung ist die erste Stunde immer kostenlos!

Egal ob du Medizin, Philosophie, Agrarwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Maschinenbau studierst, du erreichst alle Unis innerhalb von 25 Min. Das AKH und die BOKU (Standort Muthgasse) sind sogar nur 15 Min mit den Öffentlichen entfernt.

Für alle Sportlichen unter euch: Der Donaukanal ist gleich vor der Tür und ist eine super Location zum Laufen, Inlineskaten oder Skateboarden. Auch Augarten und Donauinsel sind nicht weit entfernt.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Marina und Julia. Marina (29) ist inzwischen fertig mit ihrem Studium und arbeitet als Pharmazeutin in der Apotheke. Julia (27) studiert Gesang, Tanz und Schauspiel an der Musicalschule.

Die beiden wünschen sich jemanden, der recht unkompliziert ist und aktiv am WG-Leben teilnimmt. Du solltest also keine Scheu vor Menschen haben, ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung mitbringen und am besten bereits WG-erfahren sein. Wir sind eine Nichtraucher-WG und haben kein Interesse an einer reinen Zweck-WG. Vorzugsweise suchen wir Studentinnen zwischen 22 und 29.

Room

As I will study abroad next semester, I am looking for a reliable intermediate subtenant. Your future room is about 26 sqm large, separately accessible and fully furnished. The flat is on the second floor of a multi-party building, measures about 90 sqm in total and especially the entrance area is generously sized. The open combined kitchen and dining room offers enough space for cooking, chatting or enjoying the end of an evening with a glas of good wine. There is a big bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a small storage room with a washing machine.

Location

The flat is located in the 9th district at the Danube Canal between the U4-subway stations „Friedensbrücke“ and „Rossauer Lände“. The trams 5 and 33 as well as the „Franz-Josef-Bahnhof“ are also nearby.

Spar, Denn's organic food market, dm, Billa, Bipa, Hofer, pharmacy and Fitinn can easily be reached by foot in a few minutes. If it's Sunday and you forgot to buy groceries and there is not even a single bite of food left, don't worry! The Billa supermarket in our neighbourhood is opened every day 'til 10pm, even on holidays.
If you like to go to the inner city, you just need 10-15 minutes by subway. If you rather prefer to go by bike, most of the time it's even faster. For those, who don't have a bike on their own, there are two City-Bike-Stations in the immediate area. After registration, the first hour is always free.

Doesn't matter if you're studying medicine, philosophy, agriculture sciences, economics or engeneering, you will get to all universities in 25 minutes or less. Additionally, the General Hospital and the BOKU (Location Muthgasse) are just 15 minutes away.

For all the athletics amongst you: The Danube Canal is right in front of the building and a great location for running, rollerblading or skateboarding. Also, the “Augarten” and the Danube Island are nearby.

Flatemates

Your future flatemates are Marina and Julia. Marina (29) works as a pharmacist. Julia (27) studies singing, dancing and acting at the Musical Academy.

They would like to live with someone who is easy-going and will actively participate in the community life. So you shouldn't be afraid of socializing, should have a sense of order and cleanliness and it wouldn't hurt, if you had some flat-sharing experience already. We're a non-smoking flat and don't have any interest in just a flat-sharing community of purpose. Preferably we're looking for female students between 22 and 29 years old.
