Ich bin im Februar auf Reisen und vermiete mein wunderschönes großes Zimmer im Altbau in einer Seitenstraße der Alser Straße (beste Lage).
Die Wohnung liegt in 4. Stock eines schönen Altbauhauses und besteht aus 4 getrennt begehbaren Schlafzimmern (keine Zwischentüren), einer Essküche, einem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, WC und einem großen Vorraum.
Die Bilder vom Zimmer sind von vor einem halben Jahr, wo es noch ein Wohnzimmer war. Was noch drinnen ist, ist die Couch und die Regale. Dazu gekommen sind ein Bett (statt dem Esstisch), und mehr Regale für Gewand, ect., und ein Schreibtisch mit einem Sessel. Es gibt links oben an der Wand auch einen sehr guten Beamer fürs Heimkino.

Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Hanna (25, studiert Hungariologie) und 2 neuen Mitbewohnern die ich noch gerade dabei bin zu suchen zusammen zu wohnen.
Wir legen viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, dass jeder seinen Pflichten in der Wg nachkommt (den Putzplan beachtet, nach dem Kochen aufräumt, etc...).

You would rent my big beautiful room in an old style classical Viennese building while I'm on holiday for the whole month of February. (perfect for if you are looking for a room in Vienna and need a place to stay i the meanwhile)
The flat is on the fourth floor It's situated in a quiet street in the hip district of Alsergrund (9th district). The flat consists of 4 bedrooms (all with their own separate entrance), a kitchen/communal space, a bathroom with tub and shower, a toilet and a spacious hallway.
You would live together with Hanna (25, studies hungariology) and 2 other room mates that I am looking for at the moment.
For us it is quite important to find someone who takes care of the common areas and makes sure to always leave them clean and who acknowledges his obligations in the shared flat (like taking out the trash, following the cleaning schedule, cleaning up after cooking, ...)
