Hallo,
ich vermiete ab sofort ein 25m2 großes helles Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit Bettgestell (ohne Matratze), Couch, gr. Regal und Kleiderstange. Keine Ablöse :)
Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Küche inkl. Geschirrspüler, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung selbst liegt zwischen Friedensbrücke und Spittelau und ist sehr gut öffentlich angebunden. Vom Zimmer sieht man direkt auf den Donaukanal. In der Nähe gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Spar, Denns, Billa (im Bahnhof, auch am Sonntag geöffnet), DM, Bipa...).
Kurz zu mir: ich studiere Grafik Design und Fotografie auf der Angewandten, arbeite neben dem Studium und bin relativ viel unterwegs. Danach geniesse ich am Abend gern ein Glas Rotwein :) Ab und zu ist mein Hund Mila zu Gast in der Wohnung. Ich würde mich auf wen freuen, der Lust auf Flohmarktbesuche hat oder mal spontan mit in die Grelle Forelle schaut.
