Hallo, ich bin Christine, 36, habe Kunstpädagogik auf der Angewandten studiert, war dann für 5 Jahre Entwurfslehrerin an einer Modeschule, und bin derzeit in Bildungskarenz - back at university;)
Dann gibts noch Sabina aus Schweden, 28, sie arbeitet im Sozialbereich und wird auch Anfang Februar einziehen.
In unsrer WG wird Anfang Februar ein weiteres Zimmer frei (18m2).
Die Altbauwohnung liegt zwischen zwei Innenhöfen und ist somit sehr ruhig. Weil ich im obersten Stock wohne sind die Räume angenehm hell. Die WG ist bestens ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und alles was man an Geschirr so braucht ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist toll, da der Augarten sehr nah ist und man im Sommer in Kürze auf der Donauinsel ist. Die nächsten U-Bahnstationen sind U4 Friedensbrücke und U6 Jägerstrasse. Die Miete ist kalt 298 Euro, mit allem Drum und dran (Heizung, Wasser, Internet, Versicherung) kostet das Zimmer 372 Euro, Kaution: 1333 Euro.
Ich wünsche mir Personen, die gern schon über 25 sind und Kunst- und Kulturinteressierte sind besonders willkommen;)

I have 1 free rooms (18 m2) in our beautiful apartment from the month of february. You would share the apartment with me and Sabina: I'm 36 years old and I studied Art and Education, right now I'm on a sabbatical. Sabina is from Sweden, 28 years old and works in the social field.
The flat is situated between two courtyards and is very quiet. It's also very bright because we live on the top floor. In a short walk you can reach the Augarten, the "Donauinsel" is also not far away. The closest subway station are U4 Friedensbrücke and U6 Jägerstrasse. The rent for the room is 372 Euro in total (incl. gas, internet and insurancy)
